Study On The Spatial Development Strategy Of Characteristic Protection Villages In The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

With the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the relationship between urban and rural development is changing,and the vast villages are ushering in unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In 2018,the "Village Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)" issued by the State Council proposed the village type of special protection villages,which provided new development momentum for the vast villages with regional characteristics.At present,except for a few well-developed characteristic protection villages represented by national historical and cultural villages and traditional villages,most characteristic protection villages still follow the ordinary village approach to their space development and construction.The lack of careful consideration of the protection and utilization of the village has caused problems such as the dilution of local characteristics and the unbalanced development of the space in the process of space construction in the village.The village space is not only a place for agricultural production and villagers’ lives,but it also inherits China’s regional characteristics and culture,highlighting the unique rural charm.In the context of rural revitalization,how to closely integrate the protection of village characteristics with the development of spatial vitality is an important issue in the current research on villages with special protection.The thesis research aims at exploring the continuation of the regional characteristics of the characteristic protection villages and the endogenous development of the characteristic space.First of all,the development characteristics of the characteristic protection villages are studied in combination with the rural revitalization strategy.It is pointed out that the characteristic protection villages have the connotative characteristics of regional uniqueness,characteristic continuity and value influence.Under the requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,the characteristic protection village spaces should also have complex and adaptable attributes.According to the characteristics of the village,the thesis analyzes the characteristics of the village,and proposes two main resources of human history and natural pastoral,and the characteristics of the village that are marked by historical features,folk customs,natural scenery,and idyllic leisure.At the same time,based on relevant surveys and literature studies,the paper summarizes the spatial development problems of the current status of the village,and proposes the dynamic factors and development mechanisms of the spatial development of the special protection villages.Secondly,the thesis establishes village characteristic identification and characteristic value assessment methods,based on the characteristics of villages with characteristic protection,and uses "features" as the core organizational elements of space,and proposes the "endogenous power construction,characteristic space maintenance,adaptive development guarantee".Space development strategy.The thesis pointed out that the village’s characteristic value evaluation system should be established,the advantages and importance of different characteristic elements in the village should be recognized,and then the endogenous power ofthe village space should be formed through the selection of characteristic industries and regional coordinated development.Then,from the aspects of gradual continuation of characteristic style,diversified expression of public space,inheritance of architectural courtyard characteristics,etc.,the village’s characteristic space is maintained,and according to the villages with different characteristics,specific emphasis and space creation concerns are proposed respectively.At the same time,in order to adapt to the healthy development of villages with special protection,it is necessary to establish an adaptive development guarantee system with villagers as the main body,enhance villagers’ cultural identity,and cultivate a multi-participation local governance organization.Finally,the thesis studies the empirical cases of the Bayuanzi Manchu characteristic village in Beijing as a strategy.Through the characteristic value evaluation system method in the previous article,the cognitive resource value of Bayuanzi Village is cognitively evaluated,and the characteristic logo and characteristics of Bayuanzi Village are determined Element expression symbol.Subsequently,a characteristic industry with the theme of "Pastoral Pastoral + Manchu Customs" and a dynamic adaptive characteristic space with the theme of "Manyuan" were established.Combined with the reality of Bayuanzi,starting from enhancing the sense of responsibility and cultural identity of the villagers,a characteristic protection group and a multi-participating Bayuanzi village co-construction and co-management mechanism were established.
