Research On R＆D Strategy Decision Of SCE Company Based On Patent Map

In order to meet people’s demand for space,cities tend to develop vertically,and the floors are built higher and higher.As a convenient means of transportation for high-rise residential buildings and commercial office buildings,elevators play an increasingly important role in people’s work and life.As a large high-tech enterprise,SCE has been committed to elevator manufacturing and technology development,and has a complete and efficient product production and assembly industry chain.However,because the company’s current R ＆D strategic decision can’t effectively control the future development trend of the market,it is urgent to optimize the scheme design for R ＆D strategic decision,so as to better guide the work of R ＆D center and improve the core competitiveness and market share of products.Based on the study of domestic and foreign literature,this paper uses the expanded patent map analysis method to discuss the type and direction of research and development strategy of SCE company.By analyzing the R ＆ D status of SCE company,it is found that the R ＆ D center has some problems,such as unreasonable organizational structure,single R ＆ D strategic decision support system,long product R ＆ D cycle and unreasonable personnel allocation.Based on the Patsnap patent database,the elevator patent information is extracted.According to the elevator technology classification rules and hot technology clustering method,the historical development trend of all elevator technology categories and more specific hot technologies are sorted out.Through the Markov chain analysis of the data,the prediction results of each classification technology and hot technology in the next five years are obtained,and the data are presented in the form of charts.And SWOT analysis of SCE company’s R ＆ D strategic decision based on patent map.According to the analysis results and the specific situation of SCE’s R ＆D center,the R ＆D strategic plan of SCE based on patent map is formulated.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme,optimize the organizational structure,support system,personnel and equipment configuration of the R ＆D center.Firstly,the organizational structure of SCE R ＆ D center is adjusted and optimized to weaken the management and control of European R ＆ D center under the condition of mastering information;secondly,in view of the unreasonable personnel allocation of current R ＆ D center,the design and testing personnel of control,door and door drive departments are increased;finally,the equipment results of the R ＆ D center are classified and analyzed,and the use of test equipment is deployed or newly purchased.Through the research of this paper,we can provide a new perspective of R ＆ D strategic decision-making and an application example of patent map method for other enterprises in the field of high-tech development,which has a certain practical value.
