| The International Maritime Organization(IMO)is paying increasing attention to environmental protection.With the implementation of the sulfur restriction order IMO2020,ship owners will have to respond to the new regulations.At this stage,feasible countermeasures include the use of low-sulphur oil,the use of flue gas cleaning equipment,the use of alternative fuels such as LNG,etc.The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the optimal solution of the exhaust gas emission control measures from the technical,economic and environmental factors,analyze the rationality of the solution of the exhaust gas cleaning system,analyze and evaluate the implementation strategy of the modification engineering project of the exhaust gas cleaning system based on the perspective of the shipyard,and provide solutions for specific engineering projects.Through our analysis,at the present stage,the ship exhaust gas cleaning system technology has a comparative advantage and a good market prospect.However,the implementation of refit engineering faces challenges.At the technical level,the shipyard can adopt modular design and construction methods to reduce the occupation of core resources and the transformation period,so as to better expand the market.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:1)Through collecting and reading relevant literature on exhaust gas system,analyze relevant regulations and main countermeasures on ship exhaust gas control.Analyze the characteristics of the three response measures,such as low-sulfur oil technology,flue gas desulfurization technology and LNG fuel technology.By establishing the evaluation system and indicators based on AHP,determine the weight vector matrix and establish the AHP model.The results show that the exhaust gas cleaning technology is a secondary priority,which is in line with the current market reality of ship exhaust gas cleaning system modification engineering,and the implementation of the project needs comprehensive consideration.2)Based on the analysis of the external environment,resource capability,business advantages and disadvantages of the modified enterprises,this thesis puts forward strategies such as differentiated market positioning,targeted optimization of bottleneck resources,and upgrading of retrofit capability,and guides shipbuilders to deal with the emerging market field of exhaust gas cleaning system retrofitting.3)Through the analysis of the characteristics of ship refitting engineering,green refitting technology such as ship reverse engineering is studied.Combined with the analysis of the characteristics of exhaust gas cleaning system engineering,the key factors of refitting engineering are obtained.Reverse engineering technology and modular refitting technology are proposed as the core engineering of exhaust gas cleaning system retrofitting.4)The example verification of enterprise EGCS is carried out,and the reverse engineering technology and modular design and construction technology are successfully applied to the modification of WC’s super-large container ship EGCS,and the effectiveness of the differentiated market strategy and core modification technology of the research results is verified. |
