As my country’s social economy shifts from high-speed to high-quality development,in order to ensure stable economic development and improve urban production efficiency,the demand for urban public transportation is increasing exponentially.Rail transit station is an important guarantee for the operation of rail transit.How to achieve efficient integrated general control management of modular construction information based on information technology is an urgent problem to be solved at present.From the traditional design and construction method to the modular construction method based on prefabrication,the information sharing among the participants during the design and construction process is insufficient,and the management of prefabricated parts is complicated,and the control and analysis of progress and cost related information data is not accurate enough.Based on this,this thesis takes a certain urban rail transit station project as the research object and combines the advantages of BIM technology(Building Information Model),such as visibility,collaboration and integration,to put forward the modular general control management mode of rail transit station based on BIM technology.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on the collaborative management method of modular construction projects of rail transit stations,analysis the function of the integration of design and construction of rail transit station model,depth requirements and delivery standards,puts forward the establishment of the integrated model method,and to deepen the design of multiple professional model,the integration of design and construction of two phases,Enhance timeliness and coordination of information sharing among all participants.(2)Through the analysis of the connotation of modular construction,modular construction criteria are proposed.Based on the integrated BIM model,module splitting design is carried out on the main body of the station.The cost and progress indicators are associated with the unit standard BIM module,and the prefabricated components are split and the standard unit module indicators are analyzed.As the basis of progress dynamic monitoring and early warning of key node modules and engineering quantity statistics of multi-module cost,the limitation analysis of multi-module parallel construction is carried out to explore the overall control management method of progress and cost of multi-module integration.(3)Based on BIM technology,the modular construction visualized progress monitoring and early warning method is studied.Combined with RFID technology,the visualized information tracking of module materials,module prefabrication,and standardized information construction of integrated assembly are realized.The visualization platform"Revit+Dynamo" is used for comparative analysis according to actual progress and planned progress.Color is used to reflect the progress of the project period of the module,and the progress delay of the key node module can be warned,so as to realize the optimization of the overall control and management of the module.(4)Taking the rail transit station project that the author participated in as an example,this thesis applies the integrated model of rail transit station project,including modular design,information prefabrication and intelligent general control management,and analyzes its application effect.By realizing the dynamic tracking statistics and early warning of modular materials in the process of project construction,it provides timely and accurate basis for the general prosecution to take corrective measures,and effectively improves the work efficiency of all parties and the overall management level of the project.The modular information construction and modular total control management methods proposed in this thesis are applied to rail transit station engineering,which is beneficial to guide the modular construction practice of rail transit station engineering.The modular general control and management method of rail transit station based on BIM technology is conducive to improving the modular construction progress and cost control efficiency of rail transit station.
