Good personnel scheduling can make the airport dozens of ground posts cooperate efficiently, provide sustainable and high quality ground services for flight and passengers, make efficient use of human resources and equipment at all airport posts, maximize meet mission requirements of each post and the fairness of workload among employees. At present,a domestic hub airport has established a personnel scheduling system, which covers ground service, logistics, security check and aviation service that have 109 kinds of positions.Currently, there are some characteristics of using scheduling system to optimize scheduling, which includes types of constraint change frequently in scheduling model, constraint configuration standards is lacking and rely on personnel experience, the slack of constraint boundary is different.Besides, there is huge difference among the shift information, personnel information and scheduling qualification of different position. The above factors make the scheduling system prone to such problems as high model redundancy, many unassigned tasks, scheduling failure, poor fairness of the scheduling scheme, long scheduling time and so on.In order to solve a series of poor scheduling efficiency problems caused by the characte-ristics of current optimal scheduling; In this thesis, the constraint configuration process of the optimal scheduling model in the scheduling system will be studied to realize the optimal configuration of constraints in scheduling system. It is expected that the redundant constraints in the optimal scheduling model are filtered out and the boundary of the remaining constraints are defined according to the input shift information and personnel information before solving the model,so as to improve the scheduling efficiency of the airport. The specific research contents are follows:First of all,the thesis analyzes and summarizes the current scheduling demands of various positions in the airport and builds a mathematical model for optimal scheduling of ground personnel, which covers ground handling, air service, security check, logistics and other business modules.Secondly, based on redundancy theory,a redundancy constraint determination algorit-hm is designed to analyze the redundancy of each constraint in different scheduling input data.Besides,a constraint boundary value determination algorithm was designed to calculate the remained constrains boundary and avoid the error of constraint redundancy judgment caused by different constraints boundary slack degree. Then, make numerous historical scheduling examples as training sample sets and establish a expert system of redundant constraints based on the decision tree model.Taking the expert system and constraint boundary determination algorithm as the foundation, the constraints self_adaptive configuration method is established for the current airport personn-el optimization scheduling mode, which realizes constraints optimization configuration. Finally, based on the new historical scheduling data, the speed and accuracy between the expert system and determination algorithm are compared, which verifies the necessity and rationality of the existence of expert system.Secondly, the practicability and effectiveness of the research results in this thesis are verified from the aspects of optimization model size, number of unassigned tasks, scheduling success rate, scheduling fairness and model solved time by comparing the solution of numerous historical data under the constraint self_adaptive allocation method with the previous solutions. The goal of promoting the airport to adopt the automatic scheduling method for more positions, improving the airport’s current scheduling efficiency, reducing the scheduling cost, improving the utilization rate of human resources in ground positions are achieved, which enhance the airport’s competitiveness in the global aviation.
