The international check-in service provided by the airport mainly handles various check-in procedures for international flight passengers, which is in the charge of the international check-in room.At present, the international check-in room directly assignes flight check-in tasks to individual employees in a manual scheduling way, which is a task-driven scheduling mode.Compared with the domestic flight check-in business, the international flight check-in business has the characteristics of multiple check-in tasks, task all-weather distribution, and independent multi-qualification.Therefore,there are more constraints need to be considered while scheduling and these constrains are more complex. In addition, due to the long-standing shortage of international check-in personnel in the airport, part of the rest time for some staff must be sacrificed in the generation of scheduling scheme.Nowadays, manual scheduling is difficult to adapt to the rapid development of airport business because of its low efficiency and limited processing scale. At the same time, the software products of foreign companies can not meet the complex actual business management needs of domestic airports. As a result, the airport begins to seek to develop an international check-in personnel scheduling scheme which can adapt to its own internal conditions. This paper studies the optimization problem of check-in personnel scheduling in airport based on the background of the international check-in business. The specific research contents are as follows:First of all, classify the personnel scheduling problem of each business room in airport, and point out that the international check-in personnel scheduling problem studied in this paper is a kind of task-driven personnel scheduling problem. At the same time, the current scheduling status of the international check-in room is deeply analyzed, and various constraints which should be followed in scheduling process are summarized according to the actual needs of international check-in room, and then an international check-in personnel scheduling model is built on this basis.Secondly, aiming at the situation that the model constructed in this paper has no feasible region due to the problem of long-standing shortage of check-in personnel in airports,an algorithm for obtaining feasible scheduling scheme based on constraint relaxation is designed through referring to the practice of sacrificing rest time of employees in the actual scheduling process, which aims to relax the feasible solution region of the model while the tightness of the model is ensured as much as possible through choosing and relaxing the rest time soft constraints as few as possible.Thirdly, there are a large number of useless variables and the constraint structure is too loose in the model, which affects the solving efficiency. To solve this problem,a model solving acceleration strategy based on coefficient matrix compression is designed.By processing the model structure,a more compact model with higher constraint strength is obtained to accelerate the solving speed of the model. Finally,a simulation experiment is designed to analyze the effectiveness and performance of the algorithm and strategy mentioned in this paper.Besides, based on actual data, the research results of this paper are compared with the manual scheduling results to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the research results in this paper.
