Airport ground staff scheduling is assign employees to flights to perform flight ground support services while meeting mission requirements,minimizing employee work time and balancing work tasks.The existing airport uniforms scheduling strategy is manual scheduling,inefficient and easy to discharge the solution that does not meet the constraints.At the same time,the existing staff scheduling algorithm does not consider the constraints of multi-task type and employees rotate during the day and night,and can not meet the actual needs of airport uniforms.In response to the above problems,the research on the optimization of the uniforms of airport ground personnel for multi-qualification is carried out,mainly from three aspects,main tasks as follows:For the existing staff scheduling algorithm,the multi-task type and the employee's white night shift are not considered,and the optimization of the airport ground staff scheduling for multi-task and day and night rotation is carried out.A block-based algorithm based on Block Gibbs is proposed.The algorithm first designed the data copying technique to quickly model the scheduling problem with the day and night rotation constraint,and then proposed that Block Gibbs' multi-employee has a put back sampling strategy.The experiment on the flight data set of the China International Aviation Service Department shows that: Compared with the benchmark algorithm,the algorithm improves the total working time,effective working time,and effective working length ratio by at least 0.62%.In order to further ensure the quality of flight ground service,employees are assigned to the group.A scheduling algorithm for ground crews dynamically generated for class is proposed.The core idea is to optimize the composition of the class within the class by block Gibbs sampling iteration,flight collection and class generation within the class.Experiments with the algorithm on the flight data set of the China International Aviation Service Department show that a reasonable class can be generated while satisfying the constraints.In order to improve employee satisfaction and employee work preferences.The research on the optimization of the uniforms of the ground staff integrated into the staff's work preferences was carried out.Through Block Gibbs,multiple employees have returned samples to optimize employee assignments.The algorithm was tested on the flight data set of the China International Aviation Service Department.The results showed that a reasonable scheduling plan could be generated if the constraints and employee preferences were met.
