Research On Capital Operation Mode Innovation Of Changan Automobile Group From The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

Capital operation management is one of the important contents of studying the modern management level of enterprises.A set of reasonable and effective capital operation mode can help enterprises fully allocate resources,optimize the industrial chain,formulate comprehensive strategic objectives,and finally enable enterprises to further develop.Therefore,through a large number of studies by scholars at home and abroad,the capital operation mode has been optimized and innovated with the development of the times,and many different perspectives have gradually emerged.Adhering to the path of sustainable development is not only the inevitable choice for China’s development in the 21 st century,but also the mainstream of the times.In this environment,product renewal and iteration are fast,and various industries are changing with each passing day.In particular,the competition in the automobile manufacturing industry is particularly fierce.All automobile manufacturers are accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading,accelerating the research and development of new energy industry and seizing the first opportunity,Improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.However,in the current development process of the automobile industry,many enterprises have low R ＆ D level,incomplete capital operation mode,lack of long-term,pay too much attention to the short-term benefits of enterprises,and can not effectively play the guiding and promoting role of capital operation mode for enterprises.Therefore,from the perspective of sustainable development,enterprises need to innovate the capital operation mode of enterprises,clearly find their own positioning in the environment of fierce market competition,provide a long-term and stable foundation for the future strategic development of enterprises,and let enterprises firmly go on the road of sustainable development.Firstly,this paper finds that from the perspective of sustainable development,the current research on capital operation mode in China is not comprehensive enough,most domestic companies,especially automobile manufacturing companies,can not keep up with the pace of sustainable development,and the capital operation mode needs to be improved and innovated,and decides to study it.According to this background,this paper combs and summarizes the data and literature related to capital operation,so as to pave the way for further discussion on the related problems of capital operation mode.Then,based on the literature of domestic and foreign scholars on capital operation mode,this paper understands the related concepts of capital operation mode and sustainable development,combines the two,and analyzes the impact of sustainable development on enterprise capital operation.According to the theoretical basis of the analysis,this paper selects China Chang’an Automobile Group,a leading enterprise in China’s automobile manufacturing industry,as a specific research case,and makes a detailed analysis of the current situation and shortcomings of China Chang’an group’s capital operation mode through case analysis method and data analysis method.Thus,it summarizes the internal and external motivation for the capital operation mode of China Chang’an Automobile Group to be innovated from the perspective of sustainable development.Combined with the above analysis of the current situation of capital operation mode of China Chang’an Automobile Group,this paper puts forward three paths of innovative capital operation mode,analyzes the proposal,expected effect and guarantee mechanism of the three paths,and selects the optimal innovative capital operation mode.Finally,by selecting the innovative capital operation mode of China Chang’an Automobile Group,this paper selects the best capital operation mode for China Chang’an Automobile Group and other companies with the same needs in the same industry,puts forward relevant suggestions,and also provides reference for other companies in the automobile manufacturing industry that need transformation and upgrading,So as to help enterprises achieve the goal of better development in the trend of sustainable development and promote the coordinated development of enterprises and society.
