The heat exchange unit is one of the key equipment for energy conversion.How to quickly design and install the heat exchange unit according to the specific spatial layout needs of customers has become the key for the heat exchange unit manufacturers to obtain the competitive advantage of orders.How to quickly generate three-dimensional part models of heat exchange units,output part drawings and assembly drawings,and quickly complete part processing and installation according to the specific requirements of customers,such as thermal efficiency and space size constraints,so as to gain competitive advantage.In the past,manual calculation and verification were used,which was easy to make mistakes and low efficiency.In this paper,the parameterization technology is used to carry out the parameterization design for the key parts of the heat exchange unit,in order to provide an effective method and approach for the research and development of the heat exchange unit.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the research object is comprehensively dissected and analyzed,the existing problems and difficulties are pointed out,the key points to be developed in this thesis are determined,and the customizable research background and significance are described.According to the research status of heat exchange units at home and abroad and combined with the actual engineering application of heat exchange units,the research hotspots and research directions of heat exchange units are fully analyzed at the design and development level of heat exchange units,and it is concluded that in the design and development process of industrial heat exchange units,and the difficulties of 3D modeling software in parametric modeling of overall components in the design and development process of industrial heat exchange units are summarized.The research contents and research objectives of this thesis are described..Secondly,this thesis analyzes the overall component composition and working principle of the heat exchange unit,focuses on the detailed analysis and elaboration of the plate heat exchanger,the core component of the heat exchange unit,and clarifies the parameter constraint relationship and drive chain of the heat exchange unit.From heat to size,from size to driver.Thirdly,a set of automatic calculation program for design parameters of plate heat exchanger is developed.Taking the plate heat exchanger,the key component of the heat exchange unit,as the research object,in order to solve the complex problem of calculation and verification in the design process of plate heat exchanger,the design calculation and verification process of its key parameters are analyzed and studied,and the design and verification process of parameters is calculated and verified through program automation,The design and verification results are compared with the expected calculation results to directly output whether the calculation and verification meet the requirements.Fourth,system testing and verification.The connection and assembly methods between different parts of the core parts of the heat exchange unit are fully studied.Through the application of ug8.5 software and visual studio2010,taking the heat exchange plate,the main structural component of plate heat exchanger,as an example,the automation of assembly process is realized through secondary development and parametric modeling.Through examples to verify the feasibility of the above methods,the results show that the solution is feasible.
