With the development of global industrialization, human demand for fossil energy is increasing, and the energy crisis and accompanying environmental pollution problems are becoming more and more serious. The proposal of the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" shows my country’s determination to protect the environment and transform the energy structure. With the advancement of the "Double Carbon" plan, technologies and formats centered on new energy are developing rapidly, and new energy vehicles, especially electric vehicles, are gradually becoming popular around us.With the development of electric vehicles, the demand for some related supporting facilities is also increasing, which brings a broad development space for the automobile charging industry in particular. At present,my country’s electric vehicle charging industry has formed a good industrial foundation driven by policy incentives and market demand, and social capital has begun to actively deploy in the construction and operation of vehicle charging infrastructure. For state-owned power grid enterprises, the construction of electric vehicle charging facilities can,on the one hand, increase the supply and expand sales of electricity, and on the other hand, can transform the enterprise from a single power supplier role to an energy ecological service provider. As a local power grid enterprise in M City,M Power Supply Bureau has vigorously promoted the development of electric vehicle charging facilities in recent years, and has supported the development of electric vehicles from various aspects such as charging infrastructure planning, construction, operation, distribution network transformation, and power supply services, and has achieved certain success.results.However,at the same time, the utilization rate of public charging piles under construction and operation is too low, there are still gaps in the construction of charging piles, the profitability of charging piles is weak, and the investment return period is high.Location, relying on its own power grid superior resources, optimize the construction and layout of public charging piles, eliminate charging blind spots, improve the on-site operation mode of charging stations in a standardized and refined way, improve the utilization rate of charging equipment, and use dedicated charging stations for socially operated vehicles and community charging. As a key development direction, while expanding charging value-added services,it continues to extend from midstream operators in the charging pile industry chain to downstream car owners, providing car owners with a variety of charging services and life services, changing the role of a single power supplier to an energy ecosystem.Service providers, and promote the company’s charging industry to move towards the high-end along the energy industry chain and value chain. This paper takes the electric vehicle charging facility business of M Power Supply Bureau as the research object, and uses the three strategic management tools of PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and Porter’s five forces model to analyze the external environment and internal environment of the electric vehicle charging facility business of M Power Supply Bureau.Collect the charging needs of electric vehicle owners through field research and online questionnaires, analyze the market segments of each charging scenario, build a SWOT strategy matrix based on the analysis results, clarify strategic positioning and strategic goals, and formulate the operation of the electric vehicle charging facility business of M Power Supply Bureau Strategic implementation plan and strategic guarantee measures, innovate the construction and operation mode of charging facilities, expand profit channels, and enhance the company’s competitiveness and influence in the charging service market.
