Research On Disease Analysis And Treatment Countermeasures Of Cement Concrete Pavement

With the continuous development of China’s economic construction and transportation,the kilometer mileage is increasing.Cement concrete has the advantages of high strength,strong diffusion load capacity,good stability,economy and environmental protection,which makes it widely used and develops rapidly in highway construction.The preventive maintenance of cement concrete pavement is gradually attached great importance by highway management departments at all levels,but many cement concrete pavement appear large-area damage and fracture before reaching the design service life.How to prevent and control the diseases of cement concrete pavement and repair the damaged pavement is an important and urgent task.The pavement maintenance unit lacks a comprehensive understanding of the diseases of cement concrete pavement,resulting in the inability to apply the remedy to the case and use scientific prevention and control measures for maintenance and maintenance.Firstly,this thesis makes extensive reference to the literature at home and abroad through literature review,and refers to a large number of literature to discuss what measures should be taken to achieve disease treatment.However,it is found that both enterprise measures,research projects and thesis of experts and scholars are mainly concentrated on the theoretical level.How to select the most reasonable treatment scheme according to the pavement evaluation results is the most concerned problem of road builders.It is necessary to further discuss the process of cement concrete disease analysis and treatment countermeasures.Then,this thesis focuses on the common disease types of cement concrete pavement,uses the comparative analysis method to classify and compare the diseases of cement concrete pavement,and finds out the key factors affecting the quality of cement concrete pavement.This thesis focuses on the analysis and comparison of the diseases and treatment measures of expressway cement concrete pavement,and further defines the research on the diseases and treatment measures of cement concrete pavement.Finally,based on the cement concrete pavement construction and prevention project of Foshan Pingsheng Bridge,this thesis classifies the common diseases of cement concrete pavement by using the case study method,investigates and analyzes the use of this section of cement pavement,and studies the research samples by combining on-site investigation and statistics,data access,theoretical analysis and experimental detection,The disease types and causes are summarized and analyzed,and the practical and feasible systematic prevention and control measures of cement concrete diseases are summarized by analogy with the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment and repair methods.In general,this thesis focuses on the disease analysis of cement concrete pavement and the refinement of systematic prevention and control measures,which can effectively guide the treatment of pavement diseases,so as to ensure the quality of highway cement concrete pavement,and has a certain reference value for the construction and development of subsequent cement concrete pavement.
