| Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,private enterprises have played a positive role in promoting economic development,promoting scientific and technological innovation,increasing employment and improving people’s livelihood.In order to ensure the better development of private enterprises,the government departments with greater efforts,more favorable policies,better services to help private enterprises to a broader stage,private enterprises ushered in the best development opportunities in history.In years of research on the success factors of healthy enterprises,Gallup found that employee engagement has the greatest impact on the business performance indicators that enterprises focus on.Employee engagement is not only an important engine to promote the sound development of enterprises,but also a core driving force to promote the profit growth of enterprises.Employee disengagement will increase many costs of the enterprise,such as production costs and operating costs,erode the profits of the enterprise,thus adversely affecting the long-term healthy development of the enterprise.Improving employee engagement is the key measure to improve the profits of enterprises,but also the core means to improve the organizational ability of enterprises.Firstly,this paper measures employee engagement in Jingtai Brilliant New Prefabrication Co.,LTD.(referred to as Brilliant Company)through questionnaire survey.The survey found that the employee engagement of Brilliant Company is at the average level and the employee engagement needs to be improved.Secondly,through in-depth interview,the influencing factors of employee engagement in Brilliant Company are summarized and a questionnaire survey is designed to analyze the influencing factors of employee engagement in Brilliant Company from the aspects of individual,organization and work itself.Specifically,the influencing factors at the individual level include low job satisfaction,high employee pressure,and work-family conflict;At the organizational level,the influencing factors include unreasonable enterprise management system,lack of people-oriented culture,employees dislike their immediate superiors,etc.At the work level,the influencing factors include poor working environment,unreasonable job arrangement and too much work intensity.Finally,combining with relevant theories,this paper puts forward management promotion strategies for improving employee engagement of Brilliant Company from various levels,and puts forward safeguard measures from personnel,finance and organization,providing management solutions for improving employee engagement of Brilliant Company in Jingtai County.In this paper,the research of employee engagement promotion strategy of Jingtai County Brilliant Company,on the one hand,it can realize the profit growth of Brilliant Company by improving employee engagement;On the other hand,this study has some reference significance for the improvement of employee engagement in other small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. |
