With the increasingly market competition day by day,the competition between enterprises is also becoming more and more sever.Human Resources has become the mostcritical success factor for each enterprise competition.The degree of employee engagement directly impact on the performance indicators of the company.The survival of the enterprise just by virtue of the products itself is not enough,and the dedicated efforts of the staffs are closely related,the dedicated staffs and satisfied customers can contribute to enable enterprises to sustained and healthy development.The domestic employee engagement is relatively limited,mainly foreign consulting company methodology,Chinese enterprises are urgent need for employee engagement incentive theory to guide and enhance the program.This thesis is based on well-known consulting company view of employee engagement theory,to clarify the driving factors of employee engagement and motivate employees to improve self-engagement.The main content of the Q12 thesis including introduces the domestic and international Gallup consulting firm and Hewitt Associates 3S employee engagement and employee incentive concept to define the concept of employee engagement,focusing on the analysis of various employee engagement important driving factors impact,in particular,study how to enhance employees engagement with targeted incentives plan.This thesis select Ground Services Company of SZ airport employee engagement survey as research case to analysis,per the Ground Services Company employees distribution of services departments,staff levels,length of service,age and qualifications distribution to conduct a detailed analysis which focuses on the impact employee engagement driving factors and suggestion to motivate employees to enhance engagement.Play an active role to enhance employee engagement Ground Services Company and improve corporate performance.
