The purpose of this study is to develop a garden plant LED hydroponic system,apply to garden plants seedling during production process,and verify the efficiency of the system.Use six varieties of tube seedlings transplanting domestication seedlings Apathiphyllum ‘Sweet Chico,Queen’,Anthurium ‘Pink champion,alabama’ and Philodendron ‘imperiai Green,con-go’ as test materials.This research discuss the effect on physiological and photosynthetic characteristics of Apathiphyllum,Anthurium and Philodendron under hydroponic conditions and different light qualities during the cultivate by the garden plant LED hydroponic system.Verify the influence of the system efficiency and practicability in garden plants in hydroponic culture.Main results are as follows:1、The system is optimized the hydroponic illuminant based on original research in our laboratory,chose LED5730 as the light source.Introduce the principle of venturi and use the venturi fertilizer in the research,fertilizer supply is achieved by the physical pressure difference,and we can effectively reduce the energy consumption in the process of fertilizer application by this way.At the same time,there has two kinds system as simple and smart type,the simple type system use white light LED5730 as light source,using the top light and nutrient solution circulation system design.this fertilizer supply system,illumination time and light intensity are controlled by manual;Intelligent design system use red light and blue light LED5730 as light source,using lateral light system,fertilizer demand rationing is controlled by electromagnetic valve,and control the work time,light intensity through intelligent operating system.The two systems are suitable for different requirements of families and scientific institutes,it is more conducive to the production and application in the future.2、This research select the appropriate liquid rule.The study shows that fertilizer supply with a fluid for 2 days,and each time for 3 mm is the best rule.3 、 This experiment investigate the influence of seedling growth on Apathiphyllum,Anthurium and Philodendron under landscape plants LED hydroponic system,the results shows that:a、Effect of garden plant LED hydroponic system on the growth of ‘Sweet Chico’The plant height,dry matter accumulation,such as soluble sugar and protein of ‘Sweet Chico’ in the combination of red and blue light treatment under different light quality processing and hydroponic conditions are better than fluorescent contrast,and the 7:3 treatment is the best,red light promote the accumulation of soluble sugar but for soluble protein degradation;Root activity is the highest in 6:4 treatment,blue light is better to promote the improvement of its root activity;The highest chlorophyll content is in 7:3 treatment,and the red light is benefit of synthesis and accumulate of photosynthetic pigment,and favorable the electron transfer efficiency of light system,photosynthetic utilization rate of electronic processing and photosynthetic efficiency of 7:3 treatment are the best;And the combination of red and blue light is the most beneficial to the improvement of the SOD and POD activity,it is helpful for maintain cell active oxygen dynamic equilibrium.b、Effect of garden plant LED hydroponic system on the growth of ‘Queen’Under the hydroponic conditions and different light qualities in this study,the soluble sugar and root activity of plant morphological index of ‘Queen’ in 7:3 treatment are better,it is more conducive to the growth and development,and the blue light is beneficial to root growth,promote the accumulation of the protein;Chlorophyll content is the best in 7:3 treatment,the red light has a significant role on promoting the chlorophyll content;The value of ΦPSII and q P are biggest in 8:2 treatment,but NPQ get a minimum,it is favorable for light system operation;Blue light and high proportion of red light has a promoting effect on photosynthesis,the 7:3 and 8:2 treatments are outstanding;Red light is promote to SOD activity,but the activity of POD is on the contrary.The comprehensive indexes of red and blue combination light source is suitable for the growth of ‘Queen’.c、Effect of garden plant LED hydroponic system on the growth of ‘Pink champion’The plant height,root length,fresh weight and root activity and other physiological indexes is promoted by red and blue combination light source under the hydroponic conditions and different light qualities in this study,and it is better in 7:3and 6:4 treatments,blue light is promote to root vigor;Photosynthetic pigment is higher in 8:2 and 7:3 treatments,blue light is promote to the photosynthetic pigment synthesis,electron transfer and photosynthesis,the photosynthetic electron transport and the highest efficiency are best in 7:3 treatment,and photosynthetic efficiency is better in 6:4 and 7:3 treatments;SOD and POD activities are big in 7:3and 6:4 treatments,red light is promote to SOD activity,and POD has been stimulated by blue light.d、Effect of garden plant LED hydroponic system on the growth of ‘alabama’The combination of red and blue light and monochrome red blue light are more suitable for the growth of ‘alabama’ under the hydroponic conditions and different light qualities than fluorescent,Photosynthetic pigment is biggest in 6:4 treatment,and it is positive correlation to the proportion of blue light;ΦPSII and q P is negative correlation to the proportion of red light,and they are high in 6:4 and 7:3 treatments;Transpiration rate is best in 6:4 treatment and photosynthetic rate is the best in 7:3 treatment,red light is opposite for photosynthesis and stomatal conductance;Blue light is beneficial to improve of its root activity and soluble protein accumulation;And it has the high resistance in the 7:3 treatment,the 6:4 treatment has a strong ability of cell differentiation.e、Effect of garden plant LED hydroponic system on the growth of ‘imperiai Green’The ‘imperiai Green’ has highest plant height,chlorophyll content,root activity,photosynthetic efficiency and SOD activity in 6:4 treatment under the hydroponic conditions and different light qualities than fluorescent,blue light is promote to the synthesis and accumulation of soluble protein and photosynthetic pigment,and red light is benefit for root growth but unfavorable for electron transfer.The root number,root length and soluble sugar are the largest in 7:3 treatment,leaf number and leaf length are highest in 8:2 treatment,and leaves chlorophyll fluorescence parameters is better in 6:4 and 7:3 treatments,therefore,the 6:4 and 7:3 treatments are satisfy the need of optical properties in the process of its growth,and it is more conducive to their photosynthetic efficiency and robust growth.f、Effect of garden plant LED hydroponic system on the growth of ‘con-go’Red and blue light have promoting effects on the growth of ‘con-go’ under the hydroponic conditions and different light qualities than fluorescent,blue light is benefit to the growth of shoot,and red light is benefit to root.The index of shoot in 6:4 treatment is the best,root number and length are best in 7:3 treatment,and dry fresh weight in 8:2 treatment are biggest;Red light is conducive to the accumulation of photosynthetic pigment,the 6:4 treatment is the best;Soluble sugar and protein in 7:3 and 8:2 are higher than others,the red light has obvious promoting effect,and blue light can improve root vigor obviously;The fluorescence parameters,photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate in 6:4 and 7:3 treatments show that these treatments are suitable for plant growth;Red light can improve the NPQ value,and it is the stress environmental for ‘con-go’,SOD activity is relatively high under red light.
