Design And Experiment Study On Belt Type Plot Seeds For Rapeseed

Plot breeding for rape seeds is an important way of selecting excellent rape seeds.The forms of plot breeding are artificial breeding and machinery breeding. Against the defects of artificial breeding for rape seeds like low operating efficiency and intensive labor, the research about meter device for plot breeding has an important significance.The paper describes the following works:1) A kind of belt type seeder is designed for rape plot breeding. It determines basic structure and the work principle.It also determines the hole numbers, type hole spacing, angle and other key parameters.2) It focuses on analysis of the dynamics and kinematics of the work process. Ultimate filling speed is determined in the process of filling seed. Make sure the working condition of cleaning seed device. The critical angle and the protect area are obtained in the process of protecting seed.3) To find the factors which influence break rate and seeding performance is the target of the experiment. The experiment uses JPS-12 Test type metering and the belt-type seeder.The rotating speed, the opening area, upper diameter of the hole are the main factors. The experiment shows the following conclusion.:When rotating speed is 18r/min, the opening area is 77 mm2 and upper diameter of the hole is 3mm, break rate is 2.247%. Seeding uniformity coefficient of variation is 35.3%.In order to make seeding performance better, rotating speed is 18-36r/min, the opening area is 77-231 mm2 and upper diameter of the hole is 2.6-3.4mm.
