A Research On Oil-tea Camellia Industrial Support Policy In Meizhou

Meizhou is the ecological development area and the largest oil-tea producing area in Guangdong Province.It has a long history of oil-tea cultivation and has become one of the leading forestry industries in this area.The development of Oil-tea camellia industrial can not only improve the ecological environment of Meizhou,promote the sustainable development of forestry,but also promote the employment and income increase of farmers in Meizhou mountainous areas,help Meizhou win the fight against poverty and realize the revitalization of rural areas.In recent years,With the increasing emphasis on the Oil-tea camellia industrial in Meizhou,issued a series of supporting policies to support the development of Camellia oleifera industry,and the oil-tea industry has been rapidly developed.Generally speaking,Meizhou’s Oil-tea camellia industrial is still in its infancy,the management is rather extensive,and the development of the industry has not yet become large-scale and intensive.Through combing the supporting policies of Meizhou Oil-tea camellia industry,this paper seeks to improve the policy system of Meizhou Oil-tea camellia industry.This paper aims to systematically sort out and evaluate the support policies of Meizhou Camellia industry,and comprehensively analyze the problems faced by the support policies in the development of oil tea industry.By using the method of interview and questionnaire,the field visits and investigations are carried out to the management department of Camellia oleifera cultivation in Meizhou,the large producers of Camellia oleifera and the processing enterprises of Camellia oleiferacombined with relevant literature,in-depth understanding and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the Meizhou Camellia industry support policy,andthrough the reference Hengyang and Ganzhou two cities camellia oleifera industry support policy experience,proposed to further improve the Meizhou camellia oleifera industry support policy.provide a certain theoretical basis and reference for the introduction of relevant policies for the next step Camellia industry in Meizhou.The research results show that in recent years,Meizhou attaches great importance to the development of the oil tea industry,and has introduced a series of preferential policies to vigorously support the development of the industry,which has enabled the oil tea industry to develop rapidly.At present,the city’s oil tea planting area is 700,000 mu,the yield of Camellia oleifera fruit reaches 150000 tons,There are8 large oil tea processing enterprises,the tea oil production capacity is 20,000 tons,and the annual output value of the Camellia industry is 1.5 billion yuan.However,in the actual implementation process of Meizhou Camellia Industry support policy,there are still lack of systematic policies,insufficient support,small scope,single means,lack of scientific and technological support,and shortcomings such as publicity.The main reason is that the government lacks financial resources.The thoughts,concepts,and institutions of the masses.On the basis of the above analysis,we will put forward our own opinions and suggestions on further improving the working mechanism system,investment and financial policies,tax preferential policies,scientific and technological support and regulatory policies of Meizhou Camelliaindustry support policy.
