In recent years,due to the shortage of cultivated land area and the growing demand for anti-season vegetables and fruits and other reasons,facilities agriculture began to receive wide attention.Light is the most important environmental factor in the process of plant growth,and the effects of haze weather and the low light transmittance caused by the low light transmittance of the facilities covering materials could cause serious production problems,artificial lighting technology becomes a research hotspot.LED has gradually replaced the traditional light source because of its excellent performance,and is becoming the best choice of artificial lighting light source.The goal of this paper is to design a scientific,efficient and energy-saving LED lighting system.The main research content includes three aspects:The first is the design and manufacture of LED light source module.The red,green,blue and ultraviolet 1W high-power LED were selected after analysis,their spectral distribution curves,light distribution curves and photoelectric parameters were tested before using.Then use TracePro optical simulation software to simulate the light source module,analyze the result and optimize the initial design to determine the final design scheme,complete the physical production of light source module.Secondly,the control unit is designed.Modular hardware design makes the system simple and flexible.In this paper,necessary tests and instructions of each module were made,and then STM32 development board was took as a platform to build the hardware circuit.The software consists of two parts: the main control program and the interface design of DGUS module.The program implements functions include the automatic feedback regulation under simulated sunlight mode,temperature and humidity data acquisition and early warning;The main function of the interactive interface is the display of real-time data and the setting of relevant parameters.Finally,the performance of the light source,the ability of automatic adjustment and other functions of the system were tested.The results showed that the LED light source module has good performance on optical performance and heat dissipation capability,and the system can automatically adjust the light output according to the change of natural light,the system can quickly adjust the parameters when the parameters are changed,indicating that the system is able to fill up the work.
