| Jujube(Zizyphus jujuba cv.Jun zao)as the research object,from different gravel soils.Based on the determination and analysis of soil physicochemical properties in different phenophases.Application of Factor Analysis Method to Comprehensively Analyze and Appraise the Quality of Ziziphus jujuba Fruit under Different Gravel Soil Conditions,and analysis of cAMP content in jujube under different gravel soil conditions.Simultaneously,using multiple regression statistical analysis method to comprehensively analyze the relationship between soil nutrients in different phenophases and the quality of jujube date and cAMP content in jujube under different gravel soil conditions.And due to local conditions,provide certain reference for cultivation of jujube under different gravel soil conditions The following part were the conclusions :(1)Under different gravel soil conditions,there are certain differencesin soil physicochemical properties at different phenophases.From the results of the test,light gravel soil has certain advantages,especially from flowering to fruit ripening.Better soil physical and chemical properties conducive to the formation of jujube fruit quality.(2)Through the analysis of factor,compareing and analyzeing the quality of the jujube fruit under three kinds of gravel soil conditions,and two representative common factors were extracted to avoid the interference of repeated indicators in the comprehensive evaluation process.The results showed that the jujube fruit quality under light gravel ranked first,its main advantages were average fruit weight,moisture content,edible rate,fruit density,titratable acid,sugar-acid ratio,Vc,soluble protein,flavonoid content,high P content,low tannin content;The quality of the jujube fruit under the condition of medium-gravel soil is followed by the high content of free amino acids,N content and K content;The quality of jujube under heavy gravel soil was significantly lower than that of light gravel soil and gravel soil.(3)For different gravel soil conditions,the content of cAMP in jujube is different.Experiments show that the highest content of cAMP in Junzao under light gravel soil,and the content of cAMP in jujube was lowest in heavy gravel soil.Comparing the soil conditions with lower cAMP content and lower soil conditions,It can be more clearly found that soil factors that increase and restrict their content increase,providing a certain reference to improve the jujube cAMP content.(4)Research shows that three different gravel soil conditions,there are different correlations between soil nutrients and fruit quality in different phenophases.Only comprehensive analysis of fruit quality and soil nutrients under different gravel soil conditions,according to local conditions,and providing a certain reference for the reasonable cultivation of jujube trees and the management of the jujube garden. |
