Jujube(Zizyphus jujuba cv.Jun zao),a high-quality jujube variety that can be used for both dry and fresh use,is one of the main varieties of Xinjiang jujube. The nutritional quality of jujube fruit is not only affected by natural conditions, but also closely related to cultivation management measures.Due to the excessive pursuit of yield, the excessive application of chemical fertilizers in the management process of the jujube orchard not only adversely affects the soil quality of the jujube orchard, but also adversely affects the nutritional quality of the jujube fruit. In order to study the application effect of microbial agents in the soil of jujube orchard in arid areas and its effects on the nutritional quality of jujube fruits,a predominantly functional single strain isolated from the rhizosphere soil of Xinjiang jujube was used as the basis.Includes nitrogen-fixing bacteria,phosphate-dissolving bacteria, and potassium-dissolving bacteria, configured as T2(N22P8P3K24),T3(N22P4P14K7),T4(N22P7P18K24),T5(N21P8P15K11),T6(N21P8P18K11),and T7(N21P8P18K7),a total of 6 microbial agent combinations.Field trials were set up in Jun-jujube orchards in Bohu Country and Shule Country to determine the dynamic changes of soil nutrients, enzyme activity, and nutritional quality of jujube fruits. Methods of single factor analysis of variance, factor analysis, and redundant analysis were used to analyze the differences in the effects of microbial agent application at different test points. In order to provide the basis for the development of Jun-jujube special microbial agent. The main conclusions are as follows:1.Microbial agents have a significant effect in reducing soil pH in jujube orchards, improving soil nutrient use efficiency and soil enzyme activity.2.The increased soluble sugar content, soluble protein content,VC content, flavonoid content and total phenol content of the date fruit treated by all microbial agents indicate that the application of the fungus agent is beneficial to improve the nutritional quality of jujube fruit, especially can significantly improve the content of flavonoids and total phenols in jujube fruit.3.The effect of the same kind of microbial agents in different experimental points is different. In terms of reducing soil pH,conversion of soil available potassium nutrients, and accumulation of soluble sugar, soluble protein, total phenol, and flavonoids in jujube fruit, microbial inoculants are better applied in the soil of jujube gardens in Bohu County;but in soil organic matter,The conversion of alkali nitrogen, the conversion of available phosphorus, the improvement of the activities of four enzymes in the soil, and the accumulation of the VC content of jujube fruit, the application of microbial inoculants in the soil of the jujube orchards in Shule County is better.4.The reasons for the different effects of microbial agents may be related to the differences in soil and meteorological factors at different experimental sites. The soil pH,organic matter, alkalidecomposed nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium basic content of the jujube garden in Shule County were higher than those in Bohu County, among which the soil pH and alkalidecomposed nitrogen content were significantly different;the monthly average air pressure, monthly average relative humidity and Monthly average sunshine hours are significantly higher than Shule County;Shule County’s monthly average evaporation and monthly average temperature are significantly higher than Bohu County. It shows that the selection of special microbial agents for Jun-jujube also needs to consider the influence of soil and meteorological factors.
