The superficial fungal disease of dogs and cats is a superficial infection of hair,skin and nails caused by dermatophytes and yeasts.The coat and skin of sick animals can present with communicable diseases such as erythema multiforme,papules,hair removal and pruritus.Which generally can be infected by contact,as the spores in the environment are difficult to eliminate,which leads to repeated infections.Objective: learn about skin superficial fungal pathogens,the law of incidence and characteristics,and determination of drug and drug sensitivity test of single and combined medication through investgating and studying the cases of superficial dermatomycosis treated by animal center hospital of Xinjiang Agricultural University.According to antifungal drug sensitivity test and develop treatment plans based on differences and age of each individual.Treatment of superficial fungal diseases of dogs and cats and provide clinical reference and diagnosis for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Method: analyse the incidence,age,onset and season of superficial fungal diseases in dogs and cats were statistically.According to the national committee for standardization of clinical laboratory M27-A trace dilution method for clinical 11 strains of pathogenic fungi,Itraconazole,Terbinafine,Fluconazole,5-Fluorine cytosine on four kinds of the minimum bacteriostasis concentration determination of antifungal drugs.At the same time according to CLSI M-38-A2 scenario introduction of antifungal drugs trace checkerboard dilution method,using 4 kinds of antifungal drugs;the experimental results were statistically analyzed by the experimental results of the combined antibacterial activity of Itraconazole and Fluoronazole5-Fluorouracil.In clinical treatment observation,according to the age size divides fifteen cases into three groups,use three treatment options.After two weeks to four weeks of treatment,observe and record the results.In the clinical treatment observation,15 cases were divided into three groups according to different age,and the results were observed and recorded by clinical treatment for 2 ~ 4 weeks.Research result:(1)Investigate and analyze the 113 skin diseases from January 2017 to December 2017.The results show: there are 52 cases of superficial dermatomycosis totally and 30 of them are cats and 22 of them are dogs,respectively occupy 57.6% and 42.3%.According to the study of this data between different age,we can find that lower the age is,the lower the incidence of the disease,as we divided the diseases into three groups:1 month old to 1 year old,1 year old to 5 years old,5 to 10 years old,among which,the highest incidence rate is from 1 month to 1 year old and the rate is 44.23%.Because of the temperature,humidity and climate impacts required for fungal growth,the high incidence of superficial mycosis period is in summer and autumn.Cultivation and identification results: M.canis,M.gypseum,T.mentagrophytes.Microscope inspection results: M.canis and Malassezia.(2)Assessing the efficacy of antifungal drugs against clinical isolates,the results show: four Antifungal drugs have higher antifungal activity,a good antibacterial effect,and obvious antibacterial effect on three kinds of superficial skin fungi.(3)In the combined antibacterial experiment,the combination of Itraconazole and Terbinafine has got a best result,as there are 10 cases of synergy and addition,unrelated 1 case,and no antagonism.The MIC geometric mean of each drug was significantly lower than that of single drug when used in combination,which has Statistical difference(P<0.05).When combined Terbinafine and Fluconazole,significant decrease in geometric mean of MIC values for both drugs,6 cases were added,5 cases were not related,no antagonism occurred,which has statistical difference(P<0.05).When combined5-Fluorocytosine and Fluconazole,significant decrease in geometric mean of MIC values for both drugs,6cases were added,5 cases were not related,no antagonism occurred,which has statistical difference(P<0.05).When the other drugs are combined,the results of a few strains be antagonistic,because the average of FICI is less than 1.So it still shows an additive effect.this does not affect the clinical efficacy of the drug,and this experimental result provides reference only for the fourth chapter of clinical treatment.(4)In clinical treatment observation,9 cases were cured totally,4 cases were remarkedly improved,1 cases improved,and 1 cases were ineffective.
