The Investigantion Of Skin Disease Pathogeny And The Treatment Effect Of Rong'an County In Dogs And Cats

Skin disease is a common disease in pet clinical practice.To survey map of Rong'an county city pet dog and cat skin disease etiology,this topic since February 2015 to August 2016,a total of 126 cases of the skin disease of dogs and cats,are the clinical departments of cases,the cases of 97 cases,the cat cases for 29 cases.According to the clinical symptoms of the disease in dogs and cats performance is different,choose different skin doctor blade method,ear swab test,skin fungal culture method,defeathering test to inspect,54 cases of 126 cases of dermatosis cases for bacterial skin disease(51 cases,3 cases of cat);29 cases were otitis(21 dogs,8 cats),and 36 cases of fungal infection(21 dogs,15 cats).There were 91 cases of parasitic dermatosis(65 cats,26 cats),and 25 cases of vermicular mite infection(15 dogs and 10 cats);Seven cases of mange mite infection and 20 cases of ear mite infection(10 dogs and 10 cats);There were 35 cases of flea infection(19 dogs,6 cats),and 14 cases of tick infections were dogs.In the 97 cases of dog skin disease,the incidence was significantly different in size,variety,age,diet and environment.From different sizes,small dogs have the highest rate of infection and the lowest incidence of medium-sized dogs.The prevalence of poodles was highest in different breeds,followed by the golden retriever,the third most common skin disease in the mainland.From age,the incidence rate of puppy cats is highest in the age of 1,and the incidence of skin disease in adult dogs of 1 to 2 years is secondary.From the point of diet differences,there are 86 cases,126 cases of illness in dogs and cats long-term consumption of rice nutrition structure of a single food,such as meat,and a balanced low probability of dogs and cats infected skin diseases.From the living environment,the prevalence of dog cats in the home is higher than the prevalence of dog cats.Skin disease onset time more concentrated,seasonal difference is big,the skin is 3?5 month in dogs and cats season,the incidence was 45.23%(57/126),9?10 month morbidity in second,22.22%(28/126).In addition,there were five cases of traumatic skin disease caused by shaving,with an incidence of 3.97%.RandomLy selected bacterial pathogen separation and identification of dermatosis cases,8 strains of bacteria,klebsiella pneumonia,hemorrhagic pasteurella,small intestinal tuberculosis Yale's bacteria,sewer enterobacter,h.influenzae,imitation of staphylococcus aureus,xylose,staphylococcus aureus.In 16 cases of suspected fungal infection,the pathogenic bacteria were isolated and 3 fungi were obtained,respectively,spores,gypsum microspores,and tinea.According to the different types of skin diseases,different approaches are taken.The cases of bacterial infections were treated with highly sensitive drugs,ceftria and nenoshacin respectively.In vitro,the skin cases of flea,tick,and lice infection are selected for the use of flayne drops;A dog that is infected by a vermicule mite can be treated with a treatment of doritin,ivermectin,and dimethamidine.Dog cats with ear mite infections can be treated with syracine.The dogs that are infected with the fungus are found to have the choice of terbinon,ketoconazole,itriconazole,and fluoroconazole.Systemic or large area infection case appropriate medicine bath dew regular bath treatment effect is better.
