Juglans regia L, an important woody species, has been attracted much attention, because of the very high economic value of its fruit, fruit shell, exocarp, branches and leaves and wood. High quality walnut seedling is the material basis and premise of walnut industry promotion. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungis (AMF) have been shown to play a key role in maintaining plant health. It can improve absorption of nutrients of crops, expant the scope of roots absorb, promot growth, increase production, improve resilience to improve the quality and capacity of resistance. In this paper, the walnut seedlings were inoculated 3 different kinds of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungis:Glomus versiforme> Glomus intraradices and Diversispora spurcum. This experiment aims to reveal the arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis with walnut by measuring strains of different effect to the walnut seedling growth, leaf physiological changes. The study enriches the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and walnut the basis of symbiosis theory, to explore new ways to produce high quality walnut the stock. The results of the study are listed as follows:(1) The mycorrhizal formation between Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi with walnut seedlingSelected three kinds of mycorrhizal fungi, Glomus versiforme, Glomus intraradices and Diversispora spurcum, all can colonize with Walnut seedlings, Walnut mycorrhizal infection rate is high and low to Gv> Gi> Ds Mycorrhizal coionization frequency are 67.3%,61.7% and 67.3% respectively, the two significant differences comparing. Some researches have indicated that:Although the AMF have no strict specificity to host plants, but there is a mutual choice, different mycorrhizal fungis infection rate of the same kind of plants are different, In this experiment Glomus versiforme infection rate is highest, may be one of the advantages of walnut strains infect.(2) The effect of mycorrhizal fungi on the growth of walnut seedlingInoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi have promoting effect of walnut seedlings, but the influence of different strains for walnut seedling growth effects are different. Inoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi processing of walnut seedling plant height, ground diameter, roughness significantly higher than that of sterile plants, The Gi, Gv performance is more outstanding, Mycorrhizal seedlings of plant high sterile plants respectively 1.76,1.71 times, Ground diameter of roughness of aseptic seedling root respectively 1.60,1.58 times. Gi and Gv are high-quality fungis to cultivate Qualified walnut seedling, to reduce the cycle of the finished product of walnut seedling nursery.In terms of lobules and compound leave number:though there was no significant difference between Mycorrhizal seedlings and non-mycorrhizal seedlings, but the Gi lobules and compound leaves were higher than other three treatments; Compared with non-mycorrhizal seedlings, Mycorrhizal fungi inoculation treatment significantly improved the different organs (root, stem and leaf) of biomass, The whole biomass Whole plant biomass Gv, Gi, Ds achieve aseptic seedling root respectively 2.98,2.39 and 2.00 times;In terms of root water content:Three kinds of mycorrhizal seedlings were significantly higher than that of sterile plants, Order for Gv> Gi> Ds> CK, There was no significant difference between three kinds of mycorrhizal seedlings;In terms of Stem water content:In addition to the Gv significantly below non-mycorrhizal seedlings, Gi and Ds were higher than on-mycorrhizal seedlings, but mere was no significant difference;In terms of leaves water content:Three kinds of mycorrhizal seedlings were higher than that of non-mycorrhizal seedlings, order for Gi>Ds>Gv>CK, The Gi and Ds are significantly higher than CK, No significant difference was found between Gv and CK, There was no significant difference between three kinds of mycorrhizal seedlings;In terms of total water content:Three kinds of mycorrhizal seedlings were significantly higher than that of non-mycorrhizal seedlings, Order for Gv>Gi>Ds>CK;(3) The effect of mycorrhizal fungi on the Leaf physiological of walnut seedlingThe effects on the content of chlorophyll:Three groups inoculated arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in walnut seedlings chlorophyll content was significantly higher than that of non-mycorrhizal seedlings, order for Gi> Gv> Ds>CK, mycorrhizal seedlings, compared with the control group increased by 69.74%,48.99%and 48.99%, respectively; The effects on the soluble sugar content:Three groups inoculated arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in walnut seedlings soluble sugar content was significantly higher than that of non-mycorrhizal seedlings, order for Gi>Gv>Ds> CK, mycorrhizal seedlings, compared with the control group increased by 35.65%,21.39% and 12.25%, respectively, four deal with two significant differences both comparison;The effects on the starch content:Three groups inoculated arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in walnut seedlings starch content was significantly higher than that of non-mycorrhizal seedlings, order for Ds>Gv>Gi>CK, mycorrhizal seedlings, compared with the control group increased by 57.94%、30.84% and 18.69%, respectively, four deal with significant differences both comparison;The effects on the soluble protein content:Three groups inoculated arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in walnut seedlings soluble protein content was significantly higher than that of non-mycorrhizal seedlings, order for Gi>Gv>Ds>CK, Gi, Gv, Ds respectively, compared with the control group increased by 13.40%,13.30%, 3.42%. Inoculation of walnut plants can significantly enhance the accumulation of assimilation product, improved the physiological effect of walnut.The effects on the MDA content:Three groups inoculated arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in walnut seedlings MDA content was significantly lower than that of non-mycorrhizal seedlings, order for CK>Ds>Gv>Gi, Ds、Gv、Gi respectively, compared with the control group reduced by 7.64%、16.32%、23.89%, the lowest for Gi, four deal with significant differences both comparison. Three kinds of treatment can reduce the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation in walnut, the walnut of resistance has a certain impact, of which Gi is the most significantly.(4) The correlation analysisMycorrhizal coionization frequency were very significant positive correlation with plant height、ground diameter, root fresh weight、stem fresh weight, leaf fresh weight, root dry weight, stem dry weight, leaf dry weight, total water content, root water content, single plant fresh weight. Mycorrhizal coionization frequency were very significant positive correlation with the content of chlorophyll, the soluble sugar content, the starch content, he soluble protein content, but were very significant negative correlation relationship with the MDA content.
