Effect Of Different Material Ratio On Earthworm Feeding Effect And Earthworm Manure On Cucumber Quality

In order to strengthen the treatment of organic residues such as straw,livestock and poultry excrement and waste residue in the main producing areas of animal husbandry and planting industry,accelerate the harmless treatment and resource utilization of organic residues such as straw,livestock and poultry excrement and waste residue,ensure the healthy development of animal husbandry and planting industry,develop the agricultural circular economy,and protect the agricultural ecological environment.The earthworm and its dung are used to produce functional organic fertilizer,which is returned to the crop field to promote the balance of soil physics,chemistry and biology,and form a green ecological system of residue recycling.The improvement of the quality of agricultural products by earthworm dung was studied.The multi-factor one level design of the experiment:CK-T was only put into cow dung;T1 Cow dung+corn stalk;T2 cow dung+biochar;T3 cow dung+nano carbon;T4 cow dung+attapulgite powder;Ck-p cow manure+1/2 corn stalk;P1 Cow dung+1/2 corn stalk+1/2 biochar;P2 cow dung+1/2 corn stalk+1/2 carbon nanometer;P3 Cow dung+1/2 corn stalk+1/2 attapulgite powder.The test results show that:(1)The effects of different materials on survival rate,weight change rate,reproduction rate,material conversion rate and earthworm excrement yield were different.From the survival rate of earthworms,the rate of weight change,the rate of reproduction,the rate of material conversion,the yield of earthworm dung and the cost of earthworms,it was concluded that cow dung+1/2 corn stalk+1/2 attapulgite powder was the most suitable treatment for earthworms.(2)There were dilferences in earthworm dung produced by different materials and feeding of earthworms,which had different effects on soil improvement.It was concluded from soil improvement analysis that earthworm dung was more suitable for planting crops in summer and autumn.(3)The effects of different materials and feeding earthworm feces on cucumber quality and yield were different.Comprehensive vitamin C content,organic acid content,soluble sugar content,nitrate content,soluble solids and so on concluded that cow manure+1/2 corn stalk+1/2 attapulgite powder treatment of cucumber quality is the best.The yield of cucumber with spring and summer stubble and summer and autumn stubble in cow dung+1/2 corn stalk+1/2 carbon treatment was the highest,which were 7849.16±96.40kg/667m2 and 7293.85±188.62kg/667m2 respectively,increasing by 151.12%and 154.69%compared with CK.
