| In order to study the effect of Cordyceps gunnii combined with yeast selenium on performance,egg quality,immune function and antioxidant function of laying hens.90023 week old Hailan-brown laying hens were divided into 9 groups in this experiment.The basic diet was used to feed the control group.Group A added 0.1%yeast selenium on the basis of basic diet,group A-2,group A-3 and group A-4 added 0.2%,0.3%and 0.4%pure powder of Cordyceps gunnii,group B added 0.2%additive of Cordyceps gunnii on the basis of basic diet,group B-2,group B-3 and group B-4 added 0.1%,0.15%and 0.2%yeast selenium.The trial period was 5 months,divided into four periods,the laying rate of 23-32 weeks was 30%to 85%in the early stage of laying;the laying rate of 32-41 weeks was 85%to 95%in the early stage of laying peak,the laying rate of 41-43 weeks was more than 95%in the middle stage of laying peak,and the laying rate of 43-44 weeks was less than 95%in the late stage of laying peak.According to the design of the trial,materials were taken and relevant indicators were tested.The test results were as follows:1.Effect of Cordyceps additive combined with yeast selenium on performance of laying hensCompared with the control group,the laying rate,average egg weight and feed egg of the experimental group were significantly improved.In the early stage of laying,the laying rate of A-3 and B-3 groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average egg weight and feed egg of each experimental group were different from that of the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In the early period of laying peak,the laying rate of A-3 and B-4 groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the average egg weight of A-2,A-3,B-3 and B-4 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed egg ratio of each test group was decreased but not significant(P>0.05).In the middle period of laying peak,the laying rate of each experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the average egg weight and feed egg ratio of A-3 and B-3 groups were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the laying rate of A-3 and B-3 groups increased significantly in the late period of laying peak(P<0.05).2.Effect of Cordyceps additive combined with yeast selenium on egg qualityCompared with the control group,the egg quality of the experimental group was significantly improved.In the early stage of laying,compared with the control group,the protein content of yolk in each experimental group increased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05),the protein content of egg white in groups A-3,A-4 and B-4 improved significantly(P<0.05),the crude fat content in yolk in each experimental group increased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05),the water content of yolk and egg white in each experimental group decreased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05)The color of yolk in A-3,B-3 and B-4 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),but the difference was not significant(P>0.05),the strength of eggshell increased but the difference was not significant(P>0.05),the shape index,thickness and relative weight of eggshell were not significant(P>0.05).In the early stage of egg production,compared with the control group,the protein content and crude fat content of yolk and egg white in A-3 and B-3 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),the water content of yolk and egg white in each test group decreased but not significantly(P>0.05),and the Haff unit in A-3,B-3 and B-4 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),the yolk color,eggshell color and egg shape index of each test group were not significantly different(P>0.05),the shell strength and thickness of A-3 and B-3 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the shell relative weight of A-3,A-4 and B-3 groups increased significantly(P<0.05).In the middle of the egg production peak,compared with the control group,the protein content and crude fat content of yolk and egg white in A-3 and B-3 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),the water content of yolk and egg white in each experimental group decreased(P>0.05),the huff unit in A-3,A-4,B-3 and B-4 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),the yolk and eggshell color in A-3 and B-3 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the eggshell strength in A-3 and B-3 groups increased significantly(P<0.05)The content of selenium in egg white and yolk increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the protein content and crude fat content of yolk and yolk in A-3 and B-3 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),the water content of yolk in A-3 and B-3 groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),the water content of egg white in each experimental group decreased significantly(P<0.05),the Haff unit in each experimental group increased but not significantly(P>0.05),the yolk color and eggshell in A-3 and B-3 groups increased significantly(P>0.05)The strength,egg shape index and eggshell thickness increased significantly(P<0.05).3.Effect of Cordyceps additive combined with yeast selenium on blood physiological and biochemical indexes of laying hensThe combination of Cordyceps gunnii and selenium yeast can improve the blood physiological and biochemical indexes of laying hens.In the early period of laying peak,compared with the control group,RBC content of each experimental group had no significant change(P>0.05),WBC content of A-3 and A-4 groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),HGB content of each experimental group decreased significantly(P<0.05),PLT content of each experimental group had no significant change(P>0.05),TP content of A-3 and B-4 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),AST,TG and TC of each experimental group had no significant change(P>0.05)。In the middle period of laying peak,compared with the control group,RBC content of each experimental group had no significant change(P>0.05),WBC content of each experimental group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),HGB and PLT content of each experimental group had no significant change(P>0.05),AST,TP,TG and TC of each experimental group had no significant change(P>0.05).In the late period of laying peak,compared with the control group,RBC content of each test group had no significant change(P>0.05),WBC content of A-3,A-4,B-3 and B-4 groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),HGB and PLT content of each test group had no significant change(P>0.05),AST,TP,TG and TC of each test group had no significant change(P>0.05).4.Effect of Cordyceps additive combined with yeast selenium on immunity and antioxidant function of laying hensThe combination of Cordyceps gunnii and selenium yeast can enhance the immune and antioxidant functions of laying hens.Compared with the control group,there was no significant change in IL-2 and IL-4,IFN-y and GSH-Px activities in A-3 and B-3 groups(P<0.05),MDA and T-SOD activities in each group(P<0.05),T-AOC activities in each group(P>0.05)and T-SOD activities in each group(P>0.05).In the middle period of laying peak,compared with the control group,the content of IL-2 in A-3 and B-3 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),while the content of IL-4 and IFN-y in each test group did not change significantly(P>0.05);the activity of GSH PX in each test group did not change significantly(P>0.05),the content of MDA in each test group did not change significantly(P>0.05),the activity of T-AOC in A-3 and B-3 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the activity of T-S in A-2,A-3,B-1,B-2,B-3 and B-4 groups did not change significantly(P>0.05)Od activity increased significantly(P<0.05).In the late period of laying peak,compared with the control group,there was no significant change in the content of IL-2 in each test group(P>0.05),the content of IL-4 in A-3,B-1,B-2,B-3 and B-4 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),the content of IFN-y in A-3 and B-3 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),the activity of GSH-Px in A-3 and B-3 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the MDA content in all test groups except B-1,B-2 and B-4 groups decreased significantly(P<0.05)There was no significant change in T-AOC and T-SOD activity in each group(P>0.05).Conclusion:from the above results,it can be concluded that the addition of a and B can improve the performance,egg quality and immune antioxidant function of laying hens,among which A-3 and B-3 are the best,which can be widely used as an excellent feed additive. |
