This experiment aimed to study the effect of compound preparation of biological selenium,germanium on production,egg quality and antioxidant proprites in hyline brown hens.The study selected 240 hyline brown hens,which grew well and had same age.They were divided into two groups including experimental group and control group randomly.The control group was fed the base diet.The experimental group was added 0.2%compound preparation of biological selenium,germanium in base diet.Trial period was 49 days in total,including preliminary trial period which lasted for 7d,and feeding lasted for 42d.The results showed that:(1)The production of laying hens:Adding the compound preparation of biological selenium,germanium can improve the laying rate by2.5%(P<0.05).The feed conversion rate reduced by 3.52%(P<0.05).The average egg weight increased by 2.79%,but there was no significant(P>0.05).(2)The quality of eggs:Compared with the control group,the eggshell thickness,eggshell strength increased by 6.06%(P<0.05)and 3.72%(P<0.05)significantly.And the egg yolk brightness(L*)and haugh units increased by4.26%(P<0.05)and 4.49%(P<0.05).(3)The nutrients of eggs:Compared the control group,the protein of egg white and egg yolk increased by 2.24%(P<0.05),4.26%(P<0.05);the inoleic acid in egg yolk increased by 6.04%(P<0.05)The methionine,alanine,tryptophan,phenylalanine in egg yolk increased by 23.64%(P<0.01),15.38%(P<0.05),12.50%(P<0.05),16.42%(P<0.05).(4)Serum biochemical indicators:Compared the control group,the cholesterol,triglyceride,urea nitrogen in serum reduced by 17.24%(P<0.05),19.73%(P<0.05),22.68%(P<0.05).(5)Serum immune indicators:Adding the compound preparation of biological selenium,germanium can improve IgA and IgG in laying hens serum,but there was no significant(P>0.05).And the IgG increased by5.39%(P<0.05).(6)Antioxidant indicators of egg:Compared with the control group,the activity of SOD in serum increased by12.18%(P<0.01)and the activity of MDA decreased by 10.06%(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the activity of SOD in egg yolk increased by 15.01%(P<0.01)and the activity of MDA decreased by 6.37%(P<0.05);The activity of SOD and GSH-Px in egg liver increased by21.46%(P<0.01)and 11.16%(P<0.05).The activity of MDA decreased by 17.78%(P<0.01).In conclusion:Adding the compound preparation of biological selenium,germanium can improve the production of laying egg and the quality of eggs,in particular,it can reduced the lipid metabolism in poultry significantly.It also can improve the immunity and antioxidant ability.
