| Sirex noctilio,which is major international invasive pests,and S.nitobei,the native species of China,are closely related species.They can occur in the same area and endanger the same Pinus sylvestris.At present,there are many relative studies on the semiochemicals of S noctilio;but the research on the semiochemicals of S.nitobei is still blank.This project is based on the research of two kinds of wasp-related semiochemicals,then research and develope the related application technologies such as forest trapping.The specific results are as follows:Through the synchronous collection of crude extract and standard sample,it was found that,the main component of volatiles from males of Chinese S noctilio is(Z)-3-decenol.The main host of the Chinese S noctilio is P sylvestris,and its volatiles were collected by dynamic headspace collection.Then the chemical composition was analyzed by GC-MS.The key active substances were screened by GC-EAD.The results show that the main compounds in the volatiles of P sylvestris are terpenes and aromatic compounds,among which(+)-α-pinene,camphene,β-pinene,(+)-3-carene and Dlimonene can can cause S noctilio to produce a strong antenna potential response.The main compounds in the volatiles of the ring-cut trunk of the P.Thunbergii,the host of S.nitobei,are also terpenes and aromatic compounds,among which(+)-α-pinene,camphene,(+)-3-carene,Myrcene,Dlimonene,β-phellandrene can can cause S nitobei to produce a strong antenna potential response.The forest experiment site was located at Xindian Forest Farm,where S noctilio occurred.There are 6 kinds of attractants(2 different attractants of plant origin,1 pheromone attractant,1 commercial attractant,1 mixed attractant,1 blank control)and 2 types of traps for forest trapping experiments.The results show that: the mixed attractant of volatiles released from Pinus sylvestris after girdling treatment developed by the research group(Hereinafter referred to as "the research group girdling ")and pheromone with the tape trap can achieve the best trapping effect of S noctilio;the trapping effect of the individual ring cutting(plant source)of is second;The trapping effect of the foreign formula(pheromone)is the worst.It is particularly worth mentioning that this experiment trapped males for the first time.Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the morphological structure,quantity and distribution of different types of sensillas on ovipositor of S nitobei.The resules showed that: There were 8 kinds of sensilla on ovipositor,including sensilla trichodca,sensilla chaetica,slight depressio,B(?)hm bristles,cuticular pore,sensilla cavity,sensilla coeloconica on the S nitobei oviposition sheath,and dentate sensilla inside the valvulae.Among them,sensilla chaetica is the most widely distributed on the ovipositor,and there are five hypotypes was found as to sensilla chaetica.It is speculated that sensilla chaetica can recognize movement and tactile stimuli;sensilla trichodca can feel mechanical stimulation and receive male pheromone;sensilla cavity and sensilla coeloconica can recognize external chemical signals. |
