| With the advent of the IOT era and the rapid development of factory aquaculture,the traditional aquaculture industry is gradually developing towards the trend of intelligence.Deploy wireless sensor network(WSN)in aquaculture workshop to realize real-time data collection of aquaculture water environment,and use data mining and data analysis technology,automatic control technology to achieve more accurate and intelligent management.The application of this aquaculture technology is of great significance for improving aquaculture production,controlling pollutant discharge and reducing water resource consumption.Aiming at the IOT technology research of the factory aquaculture and the model demonstration of technology talent training,a set of IOT demo system for the factory aquaculture workshop is designed and developed,to explore the technological realization,such as the aquaculture water cycle system,production environment monitoring,cloud management and monitoring,system communication technology and the remote control.First of all,the background and significance of factory culture are described,the main research contents are established,and the technological process of industrial circulating water treatment and the development trend of factory culture technology are mainly introduced.Second,the overall design of the demo system for the aquaculture workshop is completed,which contains four main parts,such as the demonstration unit,data communication system,the cloud system and supervisory computer system,described the IOT system architecture based on cloud for factory aquaculture.Finally,the data communication,cloud system and upper computer system of the Internet of things system for factory culture are designed and realized in detail.The data communication system adopts Zig Bee,Wi Fi and TCP / IP technologies to realize the in board communication of workshop data collection,the communication between gateway and server,and the communication between cloud and upper machine;The cloud systems use ALI Cloud services,to build several cloud services functions which include the data storage,data reception and persistence,remote control Etc.;Supervisory computer system design many functions such as the user login function,data monitoring function,the users control functions,system maintenance and setting function.Using responsive web technology,the system realized the remote monitoring on phone and PC.Practice has proved that the design conforms to the design goal of the factory aquaculture IOT system,and it can transplants into factory aquaculture practice.The system has good practicability and extensibility,high degree of intelligentialize and informatization,improved the disadvantages of traditional factory farming,have good practical value and development prospects. |
