In this paper,the influence of quince CC dwarf rootstock on red clapp pear was studied.Seven mineral elements including nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,calcium,iron,zinc and manganese,water potential of leaves,indoleacetic acid oxidase activity and so on were measured in leaves,shoots and roots.The main results are as follows:The reason of dwarf rootstock is that the callus of grafting mouth obstructs the nutrient transport of catheter and sieve tube,part of the tissue of grafting mouth is necrotic,the proportion of palisade tissue of leaves is increased,the content of indoacetic acid oxidase is increased,the number of stomata is reduced,and the growth of new shoot is slow,the growth cycle of new shoot is short,and the change of root crown ratio is small.A large number of nutrients were accumulated in bark and root bark,and the dry matter after drying increased,leading to a significant increase in the shoot and root bark rates of dwarf rootstock.The net photosynthetic rate,water potential were decreased and the content of soluble protein was increased.The peak absorption of calcium,manganese,potassium,zinc and iron in the leaves,the peak absorption of potassium in the shoots and the peak absorption of calcium and nitrogen in the roots will change.The dwarf rootstock can promote the absorption of calcium,manganese and iron in the early leaves,calcium and nitrogen in the roots,nitrogen,manganese,iron and calcium in the new shoots,reduce the absorption and utilization of phosphorus,and change the correlation between the mineral elements in the leaves,new shoots and roots.The changes and interactions of mineral elements in leaves,shoots and roots of red clapp pear grafted by dwarf rootstock showed that:Nitrogen,potassium,calcium,manganese,iron and zinc in the leaves increased and then decreased.Calcium and manganese reached peak absorption in June,while potassium and zinc reached peak absorption in August.Phosphorus element showed a trend of decreasing in the early stage,increasing in the middle stage and then decreasing again.The nitrogen and calcium in the new shoot showed a trend of ’N’ type change,and potassium reached its peak in August.The changes of phosphorus and zinc were stable and showed a decreasing trend.The nitrogen and calcium elements in the roots of the dwarf rootstock showed a tendency of ’N’type,while the other elements increased and then decreased.The nitrogen,calcium and manganese in the leaves of the two rootstocks were positively correlated.The nitrogen in the shoot was positively correlated with calcium,iron,manganese,iron and manganese.There was a significant correlation between nitrogen and calcium,phosphorus and potassium,iron,zinc and manganese,potassium and iron,zinc and manganese,iron and zinc,manganese and zinc in the root system.In the leaves,there is no correlation between phosphorus and calcium and iron in dwarf rootstock,while vigorous stock has a significant correlation.In the new tip,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,calcium and zinc were significantly correlated,while none of these elements were significantly correlated with vigorous stock.There is no correlation between potassium and iron,zinc and manganese,while vigorous stock has a significant correlation.In the root system,nitrogen and potassium,iron,manganese and zinc are dwarfed rootstock,while calcium and iron,manganese and zinc are not correlated,while vigorous stock is significantly correlated.There was a significant positive correlation between phosphorus and calcium in dwarf rootstock,while vigorous stock showed a significant negative correlation.Standard values of mineral elements of quince CC dwarf rootstock leaves in YanTai region:Nitrogen 0.81 %~1.59 %,phosphorus 0.09 %~0.16 %,potassium 0.63 %~1.19 %,calcium 0.75 %~1.77 %,iron 54.1 mg/kg~105.5 mg/kg,zinc 9.3 mg/kg~14.3 mg/kg,manganese 22.8 mg/kg~47.8 mg/kg.Standard value of mineral elements of vigorous stock blade in YanTai region:Nitrogen 0.93 %~2.08 %,phosphorus 0.1 %~0.2 %,potassium0.54 %~1.29 %,calcium 0.57 %~2.17 %,iron 62.8 mg/kg~115.7 mg/kg,zinc 11.6mg/kg~19.3 mg/kg,manganese 23.5 mg/kg~58.1 mg/kg.
