Tetraniliprole(BCS-CL73507)is a new type of bisamide insecticide developed by Bayer. It has good control effect on Lepidoptera,Coleoptera and Diptera pests at low doses. In this thesis, based on the field test of tetraniliprole 18%SC on rice Chilo suppressalis, the establishment of a constant and residue analysis method for tetraniliprole was carried out,and the tetraniliprole in the rice field ecosystem was studied. The digestion dynamics and final residues in sulphur and the adsorption, desorption and leaching migration characteristics in three typical soils. The results are as follows:Foliar spraying and regular surveys were used to test the field control effects of different doses of tetraniliprole on Chilo suppressalis. The results showed that the protecting rice seedling and insecticidal efficacies of tetraniliprole 18%SC at 30 and 40 g a.i./hm2were 85.98-92.78%and 88.67-93.74%,respectively,which were better than that of the control insecticide chlorantraniliprole 35%WG at 30 g a.i./hm2.The protecting rice seedling and insecticidal efficacies of tetraniliprole 18%SC at 25 g a.i./hm2were80.56-84.68%and 86.15-87.72%,respectively,which were not significantly different from the control. It was concluded that the tetraniliprole 18%SC can effectively control Chilo suppressalis on rice and is safe on rice growth.A method for constant and residue analysis of tetraniliprole was established by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry. In the constant analysis method,an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 was used as the chromatographic column, and acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid water was used as the mobile phase. At a flow rate of 1 m L/min,HPLC-MS was used to pass through the ESI ion source anion mode and SIM mass charge. The ratio was set to 543.3(m/z),and the collision-induced dissociation voltage was 122 V.In the range of 0.005 to 1 mg/L,A good linear relationship between the concentration and abundance of tetraniliprole(R2=0.9991),and the recovery was 98.36%~101.45%,the average recovery rate is 99.82%,and the relative standard deviation is 1.16%.In the residue analysis and detection, the optimized Qu ECh ERS method and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technique were used to establish a tetraniliprole residue detection method in rice field water, soil, plants, rice husks and rice. The results showed that the tetraniliprole showed good linearity in matrix at concentrations between 0.005 and 1 mg/L,with a correlation coefficient(R2)>0.99 and a slope ratio indicating a matrix attenuation effect. The average recoveries of tetraniliprole in each matrix sample ranged between 83.97 and 112.18%,with relative standard deviations of 2.58-15.92%.The limits of detection ranged from 1.55 to 3.09μg/kg,while those of quantification varied between 5.16 and 10.29μg/kg.The present method is fast, simple, accurate, and reliable, and thus represents an ideal analytical approach for detecting residual amounts of tetraniliprole in rice and related environmental samples. The digestion dynamics of tetraniliprole in rice water, soil, and plants are as follows:The initial residues of tetraniliprole in different matrices are in order:plant>paddy soil>paddy water;two seasons experiments showed that The digestion half-life is greater thanthe digestion half-life of tetraniliprole in rice paddy soil and plants;the digestion rates of tetraniliprole in paddy soil and plants are similar, and both are greater than the digestion half-life in paddy water. The final residue test of tetraniliprole showed that the recommended dose and 1.5 times the recommended dose were applied twice, and no residue was detected in rice and rice hull by sampling during the harvest period. In paddy soil, the residue after 28 days after the second application was between 0.0099 and 0.0157mg/kg;in plants, the residue after 28 days after the second application was between 0.0128mg/kg and 0.0396 mg/kg.Tetraniliprole(TTP)is a new bisimide-based insecticide.Three typical surface soil samples were collected in farmland across China, including Jiangxi red soil(RS),Shandong yellow brown soil(YBS),and Heilongjiang black soil(BS).Adsorption, desorption and leaching experiments were conducted by using equilibrium oscillation and soil column leaching methods at 25°C±1°C.The isothermal adsorption and desorption curves of TTP in the above three soils were in accordance with the Freundlich model. The adsorption/desorption constants(Kads-f/Kdes-f)were 41.96–64.48 and 3.62–43.65,respectively.There is a certain hysteresis in the desorption curve, and the hysteresis coefcient(H)was between 0.14 and 0.89.Besides,the leaching properties of TTP in three soils were diferent. The leaching of TTP in RS and YBS was easy, while difcult for BS.It is concluded that the diferent adsorption–desorption ability and leaching ability of TTP in the above three soils was attributed to the distinct contents of organic matter(OM)and cation exchange capacity(CEC)in soil.
