Breeding machinery plays an important role in crop cultivation and seed selection.Breeding machinery can reduce the labor intensity in the breeding process,improve the efficiency of the breeding work,ensure the accuracy of the breeding test process,and achieve the purpose of cost savings.Soybean threshing is an important part in determining the success of breeding trials throughout the breeding work.Breeding threshing has extremely high requirements for threshing machinery.It is necessary to improve the threshing efficiency while preventing the mixing of different varieties of soybean seeds.The threshing and manual threshing of the field thresher are the common threshing methods used in breeding trials.The threshing of ordinary field soybean threshers is easy to cause mixing between seeds,high seed crushing rate a nd high entrapment loss rate,a large amount of seeds remain inside the machine,and it is not easy to clean up;manual threshing efficiency is low,the cost is high and time-consuming,and it is easy to delay agricultural time.The two existing threshing methods can lead to a reduction in the reliability of breeding test data.Therefore,the development of breeding threshing machinery has important practical significance for the breeding of new varieties.This article introduces the harvester threshing device in domestic and foreign breeding directions,elaborate on the current status and characteristics of its research,according to the specific requirements of breeding experiments,according to the curren t research status and main problems of domestic active breeding threshing machinery technology And in the future development direction,in order to meet the agronomic requirements of soybean breeding threshing,a special threshing machine for breeding is designed using the principle of variable-axis axial threshing.The main research contents and results are as follows::(1)Put forward the overall plan of longitudinal variable diameter axial flow soybean threshing machine.Introduce and analyze the types of traditional threshing equipment,according to the characteristics of breeding experiments and the technical requirements of threshing machinery,according to its design principles and indicators,put forward the overall plan of the longitudinal variable-diameter axial flow soybean threshing machine,and explain its working principle Calculation and selection of supporting power.(2)Determination of basic parameters of soybean materialsThe basic characteristics of soybean stalks,pods and grains were measured in detail and their mechanical properties were determined.(3)Explore the effects of wind speed and airflow angle on the rate of grain loss and cleanliness during the cleaning processThrough the classification and statistics of soybean grains and pods,modeling and simulation of soybean grains and pods,the effect of wind speed and airflow blowing angle on the loss rate and cleaning rate of soybean grains was preliminarily investigated.Provide a reference for the determination of the specific parameters of the longitudinal variable dia meter axial flow soybean threshing machine.(4)Implement parameter optimization testIn order to find the best working parameters of the thresher,a four-factor five-level quadratic regression orthogonal rotation center combination test was used.The linear speed of t he drum,threshing gap,feeding amount,and moisture content of the plant were the influencing factors,and the damage rate and impurities Rate,entrainment loss rate,non-depuration rate,spatter loss rate and sedimentation rate were evaluated indicators,and parameter optimization tests were carried out.The results showed that when the plant volume moisture content was 14-24.5%,the drum linear speed was 5.5-7.6 m / s,threshing When the gap is 15 mm and the feeding amount is 1.5kg /min,the breakage rate is less than 1%,the impurity rate is less than 1.4%,the entrainment loss rate is less than 1%,the undepuration rate is less than 1%,and the splash loss rate is less than 0.3 %,The deposition rate is less than 0.3%.(5)Drawing drawings and prototype productionLongitudinal variable diameter axial flow soybean threshing machine prototype prototype trial production,drawing engineering drawings,processing prototype...
