Since 2015,the amount of herbicide used in China has shown a trend of decline,but the total amount is still relatively large,which has a series of impacts on the environment,human beings and livestock.The application of agricultural synergists is an important measure to reduce the amount of herbicides used.It can increase the herbicide’s control effect by affecting the physical properties of the liquid,so as to reduce the amount of herbicide used.In order to obtain a stable and efficient herbicide synergist,this study screened coconut oil drum synergistic agent according to the relevant standards of pesticide synergistic agent to obtain a stable dosage form,and further tested the synergistic effect of coconut oil drum synergistic agent on corn field herbicide by using pot experiment and field experiment.The main findings are as follows:1.The methyl esterified coconut oil is synthesized by the acid-base combined catalytic transesterification technology,and the coconut oil and the methyl esterified coconut oil are processed into two coconut oil barrel mixing additives through the screening of indoor cosolvents and emulsifiers.The formula of coconut oil barrel-mix additives is:30%coconut oil+50%n-hexanol+15%emulsifier(sp-80+Tween-80);the formula of methylated coconut oil barrel-mix additives It is:80%methyl esterified coconut oil:20%emulsifier(PEG-400:ZR-5).2.According to the relevant quality inspection standards of emulsifiable concentrates,the quality of the two coconut oil barrel blend additives was tested.The appearance of the coconut oil barrel mixing aid is a yellow homogeneous liquid,and the methylated coconut oil barrel mixing aid is a light yellow homogeneous liquid;the water content of the coconut oil barrel mixing aid is about 1.58%,and the methylated coconut oil barrel The water content of the blending aid is about 1.54%;the emulsification stability,thermal storage stability and cold storage stability of the two coconut oil barrel blending additives meet the relevant standards;the pH of the coconut oil barrel blending additive is 7.00,methyl ester The pH of the chemical coconut oil barrel mixing additives is 6.87,and the pH of the two coconut oil barrel mixing additives are within the standard range;the quality of the two coconut oil barrel mixing additives is qualified.3.Determine the most suitable amount of two kinds of coconut oil barrel-mix additives through the influence of additives on the contact angle of the medicament.The test results show that the optimum addition amount of the two coconut oil barrel mixing additives is 0.5%of the spray amount.4.The synergistic effects of two coconut oil barrel-mix additives on conventional post-emergence herbicides in corn fields,including nicosulfuron and mesotrione,and their safety to corn were tested through indoor pot experiments.The results show that the two coconut oil barrel-mix additives can significantly improve the efficacy of the herbicide.Coconut oil barrel-mix additives can increase the efficiency of 4 kinds of post-emergence herbicides by 1.73%~13.57%,methylated coconut oil barrel-mix additives can increase the efficiency of 4 kinds of post-emergence herbicides by 12.32%~23.92%;coconut oil barrel-mix additives The EC 10 for corn is 350.7 mL/L,and the EC10 for methyl esterified coconut oil barrel-mix additives is 679.9 mL/L for corn,which is safe for corn at the optimum usage amount(5 mL/L).5.Field test results of barrel-mix additives show that the two coconut oil barrel-mix additives have different degrees of synergistic effects on weeds such as nicosulfuron+atrazine and mesotrione+atrazine.The effect of coconut oil additives on post-emergence herbicide is better than that of coconut oil barrel-mix additives.When the recommended dosage of herbicide was reduced by 2 5%,the control effect of the coconut oil barrel-mix additives on the 28-day plant number of nicosulfuron+atrazine and mesotrione+atrazine increased by 6.31%and 30.52%,respectively,and the 28-day fresh weight The control effect increased by 1.46%and 13.57%,respectively;the 28-day control effect of the methyl esterified coconut oil barrel-mix additives on the two herbicides increased by 10.86%and 20.43%,and the 28-day fresh weight control effect increased by 12.32%and 23.92%.The co-solvents and emulsifiers used in the experiment have a synergistic ratio of less than 4%to the herbicide,which is equivalent to the herbicide reduction effect,and has no effect on the two coconut oil barrel mixing additives.The two coconut oil barrel-mix additives selected in this experiment have synergistic effects on herbicides and are safe for corn;the synergistic effect of methylated coconut oil additives is better than that of unmethylated coconut oil barrel-mixed additives The quality inspection of the two coconut oil barrel-mix additives meets the relevant standards.
