Reacher On Influence Of Soil And Water Conservation On The Rural Economic Development In Fu’an City

Soil and water conservation refers to the prevention and treatment measures for soil erosion caused by natural factors and man-made activities.As the ultimate result of soil and water conservation is improving the environment,it would bring good ecological benefits,social benefits and economic benefits.Soil erosion has become one of the most important issues in the world.It is not only an environmental problem,but also a social and economic problem.The influence of soil and water conservation on rural economic development is an important issue in the field of sustainable development of society,ecology environment and economy.This study is based on the relevant theoretical knowledge and investigation on the basic situation of soil erosion and soil erosion control in Fu’an city,to try to understand the current situation and achievements of soil and water conservation in Fu’an area,and also analyze what influences has been brought by soil and water conservation to development of rural economy,which are embodied by rural production environment,agricultural economic structure,rural ecological environment,rural income,new rural construction,etc.The comprehensive treatment of soil and water loss in small river basins is an important measure for soil and water treatment in rural areas,which plays a role in improving of rural ecological environment and developing rural economy.However,the effect of soil and water conservation on rural economic transformation,ecological and social coordinated development is still limited,which is because of inadequate decision maker’s attention,project investment,technical level,talent team,etc.In the end,the thesis puts forward six Suggestions: 1.The government should improve ideological understanding,strengthen leadership and give policy support;2.More publicity to enhance people’s awareness of water and soil conservation;3.More supervision and inspection of soil and water conservation should be implemented to reduce water and soil loss disasters;4.the investment in water conservation as well as the management of special funds should be improved;5.Make full use of technological means to explore new models of soil erosion;6.The water and soil departments should work more closely with other related departments to improve work efficiency;.The study on the relationship between soil erosion control and local rural economic development in fu ’an city will be of great significance to the local construction of new rural areas.It can not only provide the basis for the planning of local water conservation in the future,but also for government decisions about the new rural construction.in the end,it means a lot for the coordinated development of social economy,and also the sustainable development ecological environment.
