| In recent years,with the maturity of artificial breeding technology and the continuous improvement of feeding management level,the population of artificial breeding Amur tigers has increased steadily.The Northeast Tiger Park is the world’s largest base for artificially rearing and breeding Amur tigers.For a long time,intestinal parasites have been a great threat to the health of the Amur tigers in the park.The research team investigated the species,intensity and age distribution of intestinal parasitic infection of Amur tigers in the park,and drew the dynamic curve of Eggs Ejection of Ascaris roundworm.The insecticidal efficacy of Ivermectin + Toltrazuril,Milbaxime praziquantel + Toltrazuril,and Doramectin + Toltrazuril against intestinal parasites of the Amur tiger were compared.The aim of this study was to provide effective insecticide programs for parasite control in the park,and to provide theoretical basis for parasite control in artificial breeding of Amur tiger.Test content:(1)the east-northern tiger intestinal parasites infection situation investigation:by testing sample survey of 90 Siberian tigers in the park waste type,intensity,the age distribution of infection,parasitic infections from October 15,2019 to 2020 on December 15,90 stool samples per month,after testing the east-northern tiger worm ovum dynamic curve drawing.(2)the effect of medication observation experiment: through the study of the clinical observation of 3 ~ 6 months cubs,blood routine examination,biochemical index check,insect repellent effect to observe the therapeutic effects of different age groups and the east-northern tiger medicine observation validation of ivermectin,mirbeioxime praziquantel,DORA cephalosporins and Toltrazuril compatibility from the effects of combination of three kinds of insect repellent.The results showed that :(1)There were three kinds of eggs in the faecal samples of the Siberian tigers in the Siberian Tiger Park,which were ascaris eggs,catosporin eggs and isosporin eggs.The infection rate of Toxascaris leonine(57.78%),Toxocara cati(47.78%)and Isospora(21.11%)were the highest.The infection intensity of toxoascaris was the highest,reaching 288.46 N /g,and it was the dominant species in the Siberian Tiger Park.The parasitic infection rate of the Amur tigers under 12 months of age was 83.33%,the parasitic infection rate of the Amur tigers between 12 and 24 months of age was 75%,and the parasitic infection rate of the Amur tigers between 24 and 36 months of age and above 36 months of age was 60%.In this study,the mixed infection of the Amur tigers was more serious,especially the mixed infection of Toxocaris felis and Toxocaris lion.The egg output of Ascaris roundworm was higher from May to September,and reached the peak in July.(2)According to the results of observation test on drug efficacy,the combination of ivermectin,Mirbaximedopraziquantel,doramectin and Toltrazuril is safe to Amur tigers in the reasonable dose range,but there are certain differences in insecticidal efficacy,and doramectin + Toltrazuril l group has the best insecticidal effect.Ivermectin has the lowest drug cost and good effect,which is suitable for regular preventive rotation drugs.Doramectin has the best treatment effect and is suitable for the treatment of serious infection of Amur tigers.Mirbime Praziquantel Tablet is suitable for the prevention of intestinal parasites of young Amur tigers due to its wide insecticidal spectrum.Based on the above results,we can conclude that :(1)Toxoroundis tiger is was the dominant species with the highest infection rate and the highest infection intensity.The infection rate of the Amur tiger was the highest under the age of 12 months,and the mixed infection of Toxoroundis lions and Toxoroundis felis was serious.(2)According to the original plan of regular deworming in the Northeast Tiger Park,the egg discharge of Aroundworm was at a high level from May to September,and reached the peak in July.(3)The combination of ivermectin,praziquantel and doramectin with Toltrazuril was safe and effective for young Amur tigers at reasonable doses,and the combination of doramectin and Toltrazuril had the best effect on the elimination of Acaris ascariasis and isosporozoa infection of Amur tigers. |
