Abstract/Summary:
As an important part of agricultural harvesting equipment,peanut harvester has greatly improved agricultural production efficiency and operation quality,and greatly reduced the labor intensity and production cost of farmers.However,the peanut harvester in China has high mechanical failure rate and poor reliability.The main reason is that when the peanut harvester is working in the field,the driver cannot accurately judge the conditions in the field and cannot timely adjust the working state of the peanut harvester,which leads to the malfunction of working parts blockage caused by the heavy load of the peanut harvester.Clamping conveying,picking,cleaning is an important part of the peanut harvester assembly,is also a high incidence of blocking fault.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish the load monitoring system,realize the real-time monitoring of its working state,and automatically or timely prompt the operator to take corresponding measures under the abnormal working state of the device to improve the operation efficiency of the harvper and reduce its fault incidence.Main research contents of this paper:(1)Development of control and monitoring system:Study the sensor-based signal feedback control technology of each working part to realize timely adjustment of the working part to ensure the harvest quality.The working condition monitoring system includes the main controller,the monitoring sensor of each working part and the electro-hydraulic control system of driving working part.State monitoring sensor real-time monitor the working parts working parts,and through the CAN bus the work state information timely sent to the main controller,once the controller to detect abnormal state of working parts,the controller will by changing the PWM current control signal to realize the corresponding electromagnetic valve and motor speed control,so as to realize the normal work of the working parts.(2)Research on human-computer interaction display system based on Labview:Use Labview software programming to replace the traditional instrument hardware to achieve functions.Real-time acquisition,display and save the peanut combine operation parameters,according to the need of real-time control in the current work status display various key working parts,and perform fault logic decision,when there is a fault condition occurs,the alarm prompt,run directly on the on-board computer software,convenient for drivers to operate.
