In the current fierce market competition environment,most small and medium-sized production companies focus on order-based production.Due to the differentiation and particularity of product orders,it is very important for small and medium-sized production companies to formulate a reasonable and effective production plan.With the continuous development of the agricultural machinery market,the competition among small and medium-sized agricultural machinery manufacturers has become increasingly fierce,and there are many types of products produced by small and medium-sized agricultural machinery companies,which are greatly affected by seasonal demand.Therefore,formulating a scientific and reasonable workshop production plan and control scheme is an effective way to improve the production efficiency of agricultural machinery enterprises.This article mainly takes the D company’s agricultural machinery production workshop as the research object,and combines its actual production needs to give a design plan for its workshop production plan and control.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on the formulation of workshop production plan of D companyAiming at the characteristics of the make-to-order production mode of small and medium-sized agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises,based on relevant knowledge such as job shop scheduling theory,combined with the ERP system,a production plan suitable for company D is formulated to improve its production efficiency.Firstly,use the seasonal index method to predict the product demand of D company;secondly,formulate the main production plan and balance the rough capacity,formulate the material demand plan and the material procurement plan;finally,explain the importance of the job scheduling plan of the production workshop and conduct research on it.(2)Research on job scheduling problem of D company’s production workshopEstablish D company’s production workshop job scheduling mathematical model,and establish the production workshop static scheduling mathematical model and the production workshop dynamic scheduling mathematical model under different conditions according to whether to insert urgent orders.The production process of D company has its own characteristics.According to different process constraints,it is transformed into mathematical language to improve the accuracy of the model.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the solution of the scheduling problem of company D’s production workshop.(3)A case study of job shop scheduling problem under different circumstancesAccording to the production data of agricultural machinery products A and B produced by D company,combined with the production workshop job scheduling model proposed in this paper,the optimized scheduling results are compared with the results of the current production plan to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed job scheduling scheme for D company’s production workshop.The article puts forward a set of operation planning and control scheme suitable for the D company’s agricultural machinery production workshop,which can more accurately predict the demand for various agricultural machinery products in various time periods,and formulate the company’s main production plan,material demand plan and material procurement plan based on this.Among them,the D company’s production workshop job scheduling model can effectively solve the company’s workshop scheduling problem,reduce time waste and resource waste in production,and achieve the goal of minimizing the order production cycle.
