The roller fixed straw injection corn no-till planter developed by our team has strong penetration,good anti-blocking performance,less disturbance to straw and soil.However,according to the actual work requirements of the corn no-till planter,there are some problems in the corn no-till planter of injection type with cylinder fixed straw,such as large inertia force,low mechanism strength and so on.Inertia force will cause instantaneous separation,motion distortion and position deviation between the push rod and the cam.In the process of periodic cyclic motion,the inertial force generated by the double cam mechanism is finally transferred to the frame,which will affect the seeding accuracy of the machine and reduce the strength and reliability of machine parts.In view of the above problems of the machine,this paper optimizes the design of the roller fixed straw injection type no-till seeding mechanism.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Structure design of injection type no tillage seeding mechanism with drum fixed strawThrough consulting the literature to determine the double row planting mode of corn,the three-dimensional modeling of the two planting modes are carried out by using CATIA.According to the actual structure of the machine,the double row parallel planting mode and double row staggered planting mode were compared and analyzed to determine the double row parallel planting mode of corn.According to the mechanical design manual,the frame structure of the roller fixed straw injection type double row corn no till planter is designed reasonably to ensure the working intensity of the machine.(2)Optimization design of key componentsDifferent schemes are applied to optimize the cavity forming mechanism,and CATIA digital prototype module is applied to generate the velocity and acceleration motion law curve of the trajectory forming mechanism,which is compared with the ideal velocity and acceleration motion law curve.The results show that the roller push rod cam mechanism is better than the flat bottom push rod cam mechanism.Based on the theoretical analysis of the horizontal guide mechanism in the double cam type track forming mechanism,the single-sided guide slider mechanism is changed into the double-sided guide slider mechanism to reduce the torque of the sliding sleeve.In order to reduce the inertial force produced by the cavity forming device,the push plate and the push rod are separated,and the spring mechanism is installed on the frame,so as to reduce the mass of the cavity forming device mechanism.To optimize the design of the ground wheel mechanism,The maximum load of the ground wheel can be raised,and not only the height of the ground wheel can be adjusted,but also the distance between two wheels can be adjusted.(3)Design of inertia force balance mechanismanalyzing the working principle of the double cam type track forming mechanism,a cam balancing mechanism is innovatively designed after comparing and referring to similar mechanisms,The CATIA digital prototype module is used to simulate and analyze the inertial force balancing mechanism,and the velocity and acceleration motion law c urve obtained is compared with that generated by the cavitator to determine the cam balancing mechanism.The mechanism can solve the problem of imbalance outside the machine(4)Research on simulation testThe three-dimensional model of the optimized no-till seeding device is established by CATIA software,and the actual operating conditions are simulated and analyzed in the literature,In order to detect the interference and collision of the mechanism and the effect of cavitation.(5)Prototype trial production and testThe key technologies are integrated,the manufacturing process of the key components of the test device are defined,and the trial production and test of the test device are carried out.Through the analysis of the test results,it can be seen that the optimized no-till seeding mechanism has reached the established design requirements.
