Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.Maxim.)Harms has a plant belongs to the Umbrella family(Araliaceae)of the Umbrella family(Araliaceae).It has a long history in the application of Chinese medicine and is a traditional Chinese medicine.At present,the research on the medicinal aspect of A.senticosus is mature,but the research on the physiological characteristics of A.senticosus is less.A.senticosus is a kind of undergrowth plant,and the effect of light is very important.In this study,three different wavelengths of red,blue,and yellow light were used to cover the A.senticosus,and the growth and development,photosynthesis,total phenols,total flavonoids,phenolic compounds,and phenolic compounds of A.senticosus were systematically studied by different light qualities.The influence of the main medicinal active ingredients reveals the response of A.senticosus to the physiological metabolism of red,blue,yellow,and three light quality treatments.The experimental conclusions are as follows:(1)Compared with the control white light,red light irradiation inhibited the height growth of A.senticosus plant and the accumulation of photo synthetic pigments,and promoted photosynthesis;blue light increased the thickness of A.senticosus laterally,promoted the increase of chlorophyll content,and inhibited photosynthesis.And blue light is not conducive to the accumulation of total flavonoids;yellow light promotes the growth of A.senticosus,is not conducive to the accumulation of photosynthetic pigments,and inhibits the accumulation of total phenols and total flavonoids.It shows that red light treatment is not conducive to the growth and photosynthesis of A.senticosus,blue light promotes the growth of A.senticosus but is not conducive to photosynthesis,and yellow light is not conducive to the growth of A.senticosus.(2)The control group and the treated samples of A.senticosus leaves were subjected to non-targeted metabolomics analysis based on the GC-MS platform.Finally,35 different compounds were identified in the A.senticosus leaves under red light treatment,and treated with blue light.Below,29 different compounds were identified,and 25 different metabolites were identified under yellow light.Compared with the control,under the red light treatment,the trend of carbohydrate compounds is down,and the amino acid is down;under the blue light treatment,the trend of amino acids is up,and the organic acid shows the opposite trend;Under yellow light treatment,some sugars showed an upward trend,such as sucrose,rhamnose,fructose,mannose,etc.,showed a downward trend;organic acids showed an upward trend.(3)Under the red light treatment,the content of eleutheroside B and eleutheroside E was increased,while the content of isopridin decreased;under the blue light treatment,the content of hyperoside and isoazine increased pyridine and eleutheroside E;under yellow light treatment,the content of eleutheroside B and eleutheroside E increased.(4)In this experiment,34 kinds of phenolic compounds of A.senticosus were determined,which can be divided into 4 categories.Among them,L-phenylalanine is the precursor substance of phenolic compound synthesis,and there are 5 kinds of C6C1 carboxyl groups and benzene ring directly.Connect simple phenolic compounds,11 kinds of phenolic compounds of C6C3 type hydroxycinnamic acid or its derivatives,and 17 kinds of C6C3C6 type flavonoids or flavonoid derivatives.Under red light treatment,the content of L-phenylalanine increased,the content of c6c1 carboxyl group directly linked to benzene ring phenolic compounds and c6c3 phenolic compounds decreased;Under blue light treatment,the content of L-phenylalanine increased in leaves,decreased in stems and increased in roots.Blue light had little effect on the simple phenolic compounds directly linked by c6cl carboxyl group and benzene ring and the phenolic compounds of c6c3 hydroxycinnamic acid or its derivatives,while the content of c6c3c6 flavonoids or flavonoid derivatives increased significantly;Under yellow light treatment,the content of L-phenylalanine in Acanthopanax senticosus was significantly increased.However,the content of c6cl and c6c3 phenolic compounds decreased,while the content of c6c3c6 flavonoid phenolic compounds increased significantly.Through the conclusions obtained,we have obtained more methods in the application of A.senticosus.In the use of the medicinal ingredients of A.senticosus,it can be covered with blue light,which is conducive to the accumulation of active ingredients,and it accumulates most in the stem;in terms of food,the A.senticosus is covered with yellow light to make it grow luxuriantly.
