In this paper,a vertical rotary tillage electric drive wheat wide narrow row seeding compound machine is designed.By increasing the working depth of subsoiling shovel to break part of the plough bottom,the vertical rotary tillage not only does not disturb the plough layer structure,but also enhances the ability of soil water storage and moisture conservation;Wide and narrow row planting can meet the needs of seedbed cultivation,and can make full use of the ventilation,light transmittance and soil nutrient conditions of marginal effect(also known as edge row advantage);The stepping motor is used to provide power for the metering device,which ensures the precision sowing.Through the analysis of the force and structural parameters of the subsoiler,the 25 chisel subsoiler is selected as the subsoiling part of this project;The vertical rotary tiller was designed,and the developed vertical rotary tiller was tested in the field.The tillage depth and stability,broken soil rate,soil bulk density and moisture content of different depth soil layers before and after the test were measured and counted.The test results show that the designed rotary tiller has good soil preparation effect and meets the national standard.The parallel four-bar profiling mechanism is analyzed,and the profiling mechanism is designed and calculated according to the design requirements of this subj ect;According to the design manual of agricultural machinery,the double disc furrow opener with depth limiting wheel was designed,and the disc diameter,disc angle and gathering point m were determined;According to the wide narrow row sowing technology and single grain precision sowing technology,the wide narrow row hole wheel wheat metering device was designed,and the structure parameters of the metering device were optimized by using the simulation software.The electronic control seed metering system is designed,which includes control device and detection device to ensure the synchronization of the speed of the seeder and the speed of the seed metering wheel.According to the design requirements of this topic,the hardware selection and software design of the system are completed.The rotary encoder is used to collect the traveling speed of the planter,and the capacitive proximity switch sensor is used to detect whether there is surplus seed in the seed box.The control core of the system is Omron Cple PLC,through receiving the signal from the detection device,processes the signal internally and controls the stepper motor to drive the seed metering device.The bench test of wide narrow hole wheel wheat metering device with electric control metering system was carried out.The average qualified index,average replaying index,average missing sowing index were 88%,5.3%and 6.7%,respectively.The test results met the national standard and verified the good metering performance of the electric control metering system.
