Study On The Spatial-Temporal Differentiation And Economic Effect Of Forestry Industry Agglomeration

As an important social and economic phenomenon,industrial agglomeration has become one of the important characteristics of the economic development of a country or region.Related industries in adjacent areas gradually gather to form a certain scale of industrial clusters,which is not only conducive to the improvement of production efficiency of enterprises and related industries,but also promotes the healthy development of regional economy.The development of forestry industry is an important task of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the foundation of sustainable development of society.It is a key task to promote the agglomeration of forestry industry in the process of transformation and upgrading of China’s forestry development.Under the background that the country vigorously advocates the development of forestry industry,promoting industrial agglomeration and developing characteristic industrial agglomerations has become a top priority for the development of forestry industry.Forestry industry agglomeration can effectively promote forestry economic growth by exerting the agglomeration effect between industries.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the development status of forestry industry agglomeration level and explore the economic effect of forestry industry agglomeration,so as to formulate the development direction and relevant countermeasures of future forestry industry agglomeration and its economic effect.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019,this paper firstly analyzes the theories of industrial agglomeration,economic growth and forestry industrial agglomeration,and analyzes the mechanism of the economic effect of forestry industrial agglomeration.Secondly,location quotient and industrial agglomeration growth index are used to measure and analyze the agglomeration level and change trend of China’s forestry industry,so as to observe the development status of China’s forestry industry agglomeration level.Combining the results of two measures,this paper analyzes the agglomeration development trend of China’s forestry industry provinces and compares the development differences of forestry industry agglomeration between provinces.Thirdly,the spatial autocorrelation between China’s forestry industry agglomeration and forestry economic growth is tested.Moran’s I index and Moran’s I scatter plot are used to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of forestry industry agglomeration level and forestry economic growth between provinces from a global and local perspectives.Finally,through fixed and random effects tests,Wald and LR tests,it is proved that the selected spatial Durbin model test of forestry industry agglomeration has the best effect on the forestry economic growth.The direct effect,spillover effect and total effect of forestry industry agglomeration and its control variables on forestry economic growth under spatial effect decomposition were explored by establishing spatial Durbin model.Based on this,relevant countermeasures to promote the development of China’s forestry industry agglomeration and its economic effects are proposed.
