Melon is one of the main cultivated fruits and vegetables in our country.In order to obtain high yield,a large amount of chemical fertilizer is applied in the production,which leads to low fertilizer utilization rate and pollution to the environment.The application of controlled-release fertilizer,one-time addition of nutrients needed for the whole growth period,only water during the growth process,can not only reduce the fertilization link and fertilization equipment requirements,but also improve labor efficiency,reduce production costs,is of great significance for the realization of light and simplified production of facility vegetables.Therefore,on the basis of the study on the matrix nutrition of bag-cultured muskmelon,according to the nutrient requirements for the growth and development of muskmelon,this paper first carried out a study on the effects of different controlled-release potassium fertilizers on the growth,product and quality of bag-cultured muskmelon in solar greenhouse,using conventional fertilizer treatment as control(CKT).Controlled release potassium nitrate(T1),controlled release potassium chloride(T2)and controlled release potassium sulfate(T3)were set to determine the suitable controlled release fertilizer types for the growth of bag-cultured melon.Then,to carry out the different controlled release dosage of potassium nitrate to bag the sunlight greenhouse muskmelon growth,product and quality study,the influence of test set up 0.5 times 0.75 times(A)and(B)(C),1 times 1.5 times,1.25times(D),(E),2 times(F)and so on six different dosage of potassium nitrate,clear bag melon growth well dosage of potassium nitrate,In order to provide technical guidance for the standardized green production of bag-cultured muskmelon in solar greenhouse,a light and simplified substrate culture mode based on controlled-release fertilizer was established.The main research results are as follows:1.Study on controlled release potassium fertilizer species for bag culture of melon in solar greenhouseCompared with controlled-release potassium chloride and controlled-release potassium sulfate,controlled-release potassium nitrate treatment had the best overall growth during the whole growth period.The average plant height of the controlled release potassium nitrate treatment was 188.33cm at 60 days after transplanting,which was 8.24%higher than that of the conventional fertilization control(CKT).The average stem diameter was 11.22mm,which was 12.97%higher than that of the conventional fertilization control.The biomass was 35.5g,which was 28.76%higher than that of the conventional fertilization control.At 45 days after transplanting,the chlorophyll content of controlled release potassium nitrate treatment was the highest,which was 3.51mg/g,which was 4.46%higher than that of conventional fertilization control.Controlled release fertilizer significantly increased the yield and fruit quality of bagged melon.The average single fruit weight of controlled release potassium nitrate treatment was 276.41g,which was increased by 5.71%compared with the conventional fertilization control.The contents of soluble solids,soluble reducing sugar,organic acid and soluble protein in controlled release potassium nitrate treatment were significantly higher than those in conventional fertilization control.The application of controlled-release fertilizer could significantly improve the nutrient utilization rate.The accumulation of potassium fertilizer in controlled-release potassium nitrate treatment was significantly higher than that in the other three treatments.Among the three treatments of controlled release fertilizer,the utilization rate of K element in the controlled release potassium nitrate treatment was 58.14%,which was 19.38%higher than that of the conventional fertilization control.2.Study on controlled release potassium nitrate dosage for bag-culture substrate cultivation of muskmelon in solar greenhouseWith the increase of fertilizer dosage,plant height,stem diameter,biomass and chlorophyll all showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The effect of 0.75~1times fertilization was the best.At 60 days after transplanting,the plant height,stem diameter and biomass of 0.75 times fertilizer treatment were 189.67cm,9.76cm and 31.04g,and the plant growth was better than other treatments.With the increase of fertilizer application,the yield and fruit quality of muskmelon showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The yield per plant of 1.25 times fertilization was the highest,which was 567.81g.The contents of soluble solids,soluble reducing sugar and soluble protein of 0.75 times fertilization were the highest,which were 11.1%,7.4%and 9.79%,respectively.The contents of organic acids and VC of 1 times fertilization were the highest.4.67%and 9.5mg/100g,respectively.With the increase of fertilizer application rate,the accumulation of elements in plants increased at first and then decreased,and the fertilizer utilization rate of each treatment decreased gradually.The nutrient utilization rate of 0.5 times fertilizer treatment was88.35%.The maximum agronomic and physiological utilization rates were 2.5 and 3.75,respectively.In conclusion,0.75 to 1 times controlled release potassium nitrate fertilization treatment has a better performance under the substrate bag cultivation conditions of cantaloupe under the reduced fertilization requirements,that is,nutrient input per hectare is:N 210kg、P2O5169.5 kg、K2O 254 kg are still conducive to the realization of high quality melon production and formula optimization,can be popularized in the production...
