The experiment simulate the outbreak of cyanobacteria in aquaculture pond with ecological enclosure experiment, and the inhibition of cyanobacteria by different concentrations of berberine was used to explore the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of microcystins(MCs)in aquaculture ponds under the action of berberine at different concentrations and the correlation with important environmental factors. Finally, berberine was found out.The best concentration of cyanobacteria can be suppressed to provide a theoretical basis for actual production. The experiment period is 8 d.The berberine concentrations in the experimental group were 0 mg/L,1 mg/L,2 mg/L,4 mg/L,6 mg/L and 8 mg/L,respectively,and 3parallel groups were set up.The aim of this study was to determine the spatial and temporal distribution of MCs in aquaculture ponds and their correlations with important environmental factors.Through the experiment,it was found that after the effect of berberine, the MCs in the water soluble MCs and the sediment on the bottom sediment continued to rise to 3-4 d,and the concentration of MCs in the sediment would increase with the increase of the concentration of soluble MCs in the water.Dissolved MCs in water has no significant positive correlation with MCs,phycocyanin,p H,nitrite, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate, phosphate,TN and TN/TP,and negatively related to Microcystis density, dissolved oxygen and TP,and no obvious correlation with humus, water temperature and COD;MCs and water in sediment surface sediments are found. There was no significant positive correlation between temperature and other indicators, which were consistent with MCs in water. The experimental results show that when the concentration of berberine is 2mg/L,the effect of the drug is 3 d,the algae inhibition rate is up to 77.06%,the inhibitory rate of the action 8 d can reach 92.29%,and the algal inhibition effect is good, and the concentration of dissolved MCs in water(≤4.915 μg/L)and the concentration of MCs in the sediment surface sediments of the sediment can remain relatively low(≤1.21 μg/kg).At the same time, important environmental factors can remain relatively stable. In summary, the optimum concentration of berberine in inhibiting cyanobacteria in culture pond is 2 mg/L.
