| Modern production techniques and methods are of great significance to high-yield and high-efficiency corn cultivation.In this study,three maize varieties,Jidan 83,Hongyu 236,and Fumin 985 were used as experimental materials.Field test methods were used and corn seedling cut treatment was used to explore the influence of this method on maize growth,yield and yield components.In addition,the large-scale application of various herbicides in corn cultivation has followed a series of damage,including corn plant dwarfing,leaf curling and deformation,heart leaf curling unable to expand normally,and leaf shrinking and whip-like.In this experiment,the seedlings of corn damaged by herbicides were cut to explore whether this method can effectively alleviate the damage caused by herbicides to corn:1.After cutting the seedlings of normal corn,the plant height of Jidan 83 decreased by 3.35% compared with the control treatment,the height of Hongyu 236 decreased by 6.32%,and the height of Fumin 985 increased by 3.18% compared with the control treatment.There was no significance on the SPAD value of the three varieties after cutting the seedlings.Ear height of Fumin 985 changed significantly,which was reduced by 7.39% compared with the control group.The ear height of the other two varieties changed but there was no significance opposed to the control group.After the treatment of cutting seedlings,the ear position coefficient of Jidan 83 decreased by 4.78%,the ear position coefficient of Hongyu 236 reduced by 6.94%,the ear position coefficient of Fumin 985 decreased by 10.11%.The stem diameter of Jidan 83 decreased by 10.15%,Hongyu 236 decreased by 8.37%,and Fumin 985 decreased by 17.02%.The treatment of cutting seedlings delayed the tunneling time of the three varieties of corn for 3 days,2 days,and 3 days.The silking time was carried forward by 2 days,2 days,and 4 days.Cutting seedling treatment did not encourage the growth of corn and delayed the growth process.After cutting the seedlings,the effective ear forming rate of normal corn Jidan 83 and Hongyu 236 decreased.The effective ear forming rate of Fumin 985 increased,but there was no significant difference compared with the control group.After cutting the seedlings,the yield of Jidan 83 decreased by 16.36%,and the yield of Fumin 985 decreased by 20.36%,which was radically different from that of the control group.The yield of Hongyu 236 increased by 5.83%,which was no significant differences from the control group.After the treatment of Jidan 83,the yield of seedlings decreased.Ear thickness changed significantly,down by 6.26% compared with the control group,Hongyu 236 ear grain numbers decreased by 11.92% compared with the control treatment.Fumin 985 bald tip lengths changed significantly,increased by78.72%,cutting seedling treatment did not have a significant impact on other yield factors.Therefore,this treatment has no significant effect in improving the yield of corn.2.Compared with the uncut plants,the plant height of Fumin 985 increased by42.27%.Jidan 83 and Hongyu 236 decreased by 4.64% and 1.62% respectively after cutting seedlings of plants damaged by herbicides.Plant height of the phytotoxic plants after the seedlings was 70.98%,69.35% and 65.99% of the normal plants respectively.The tunneling time of the three kinds of corn affected by the herbicides was delayed by 3 days,2 days,and 4 days compared with the normal corn.Spinning time is postponed by 3 days,1 day,and 4 days.After cutting seedling treatment,the tunneling time of the drug-injured plants was postponed by 3 days,2 days,and 4 days.The silking time was postponed by 4 days,1 day,and 5 days respectively.After cutting the seedlings of the herbicide-injured plants,the operative ear setting rate of Jidan 83 decreased by 24.16%,Hongyu 236 did not change.The ear is setting rate of Fumin 985 increased from 16.67% to 29.63%.All three had the same ear setting rate as normal corn and the rate difference is sizable.After cutting the seedlings of the herbicide-damaged corn,the yield per plant of Jidan 83 decreased by22.22% compared with the uncut corn of the herbicide-damaged corn,Hongyu 236 decreased by 8.70%,and the yield per plant of Fumin 985 increased by 7.14%.However,compared with the normal uninjured corn,the yield of corn was significantly different.There were no significant differences in yield components of the seedling cut treatment compared with the control group.In summary,treatment of cutting seedlings did not alleviate the effects of herbicide damage on corn.3.Herbicide damage will have a serious influence on corn,resulting in seedling heart leaves curling,outer leaves thickened and difficult to expand,and plant deformities.Plant height is only 50%-75% of normal corn.The growth process of herbicide-damaged corn was postponed,the effective ear setting rate was17.75%-74.12% of normal corn,and the yield was 65%-75% of normal corn.Factors such as lower temperature and soil temperature,higher soil humidity,and higher precipitation will lead to herbicide damage. |
