Firmiana platanifolia is a deciduous tree in Chaohu city,which is being popularized and cultivated in a large area,so it is urgent to explore the cultivation measures for its seedlings.In this study,the appropriate germination conditions and planting environmental conditions of Firmiana platanifolia were explored through the study of accelerating germination treatment conditions,growth indexes of seedlings at different sites,and physiological and biochemical indexes of seedlings at different sites.The main research results are as follows:(1)The conditions of accelerating germination treatment had a significant effect on the emergence rate of Firmiana platanifolia.The results of seeding and seedling cultivation showed that the suitable temperature range was 24℃ ~ 27℃,the optimum substrate thickness was 1cm,and the optimum substrate type was vermiculite: perlite3:1.The second optimum conditions were: temperature range was 24℃ ~ 27℃,the substrate thickness was 1cm,and the substrate type was vermiculite: perlite 3:2.(2)The groundwater level in Chaohu City is high,and the water content has a significant effect on the growth of seedlings.Soil moisture is on average 80% of field capacity(D1)site conditions,Firmiana platanifolia,the growth of young trees sustainability under water stress index and optimal,second is the average soil moisture is 110% of field capacity(D2)site conditions,soil moisture is on average130% of field capacity(D3)stand conditions,Firmiana platanifolia worst of growth indicators.After 30 days of inundation,the plant height index under D1 site condition showed an increasing trend compared with that under 2d site condition,and the plant height change was significantly higher than that under D2 site condition and D3 site condition(P<0.05).Under the sustained flooding stress of the three site conditions,the change of stem diameter of Firmiana platanifolia increased at first and then decreased.After 30 days of flooding,the stem diameter index of Firmiana platanifolia increased by 0.76%,decreased by 10.67%,and decreased by 15.60% in D1,D2,and D3,respectively,and the leaf area of D3 increased the most.It can be seen that the higher soil moisture condition promoted the increase of stem diameter.After 30 days of flooding,The leaf area of D3 site increased the most,indicating that the higher soil water condition promoted the increase of leaf area.(3)The groundwater level in Chaohu City is high,and the water content has a significant effect on the growth of seedlings.Soil moisture is on average 80% of field capacity(D1)site conditions,the Firmiana platanifolia,the growth of young trees sustainability under water stress index and optimal,second is the average soil moisture is 110% of field capacity(D2)site conditions,soil moisture is on average130% of field capacity(D3)stand conditions,Firmiana platanifolia worst of sapling growth indicators.After 30 days of inundation,the plant height index under D1 site condition showed an increasing trend compared with that under 2d site condition,and the plant height change was significantly higher than that under D2 site condition and D3 site condition(P<0.05).Under the sustained flooding stress of the three site conditions,the change of stem diameter of Firmiana platanifolia increased at first and then decreased.After 30 days of flooding,the stem diameter index of Firmiana platanifolia increased by 0.76%,decreased by 10.67%,and decreased by 15.60% in D1,D2,and D3,respectively,and the leaf area of D3 increased the most.It can be seen that the higher soil moisture condition promoted the increase of stem diameter.After 30 days of flooding,the leaf area index of D1 site increased by 12.65%,D2 site increased by17.7%,and D3 site increased by 17.98%.The leaf area of D3 site increased the most,indicating that the higher soil water condition promoted the increase of leaf area.After30 days of flooding,the plant height index of Firmiana platanifolia was significantly higher than that of 2d,and the crown width index of D1 site condition was significantly higher than that of the other two site conditions(P<0.05).
