Western semi-arid area of Heilongjiang province is a typical semi-arid zones. Less rainfall, unequal space-time distribution, and serious spring drought are the key problems of agricultural in the area. According to the field experiment made in Gannan Country,put deeply vibrating-loosen cultivation technology and sowing with water technology in planting economic crops-sunflower, researched effects of soybean yield, biology character index (plant height, dry matter accumulate, leaf area index, photosynthetic characteristics), and water consumption seed water use efficiency of different culivation technique conditions. The studies will raised the northeast semi-arid regions suitable for cultivation of sunflower drought patterns of water-saving technologyThe results indicated that sowing with water technology with the medium-term have obvious effects on drought. In field which is using deeply vibrating-loosen cultivation water conservation models, it makes water conserved around the sunflower roots, and more water can be used by sunflower. So that, more water can be consumed by sunflower and more dry matter can be accumulated by sunflower. To combine using the deeply vibrating-loosen culivation and the sowing with water for sunflower seedling can ensure seedling and soil moisture accumulation, and the effect of yield increase for sunflower is also obviously. Based on deeply vibrating-loosen technology and sowing with water technology appropriately irrigate in dry season can precticly increase the yield of sunflower.Each treatment did impact on soil moisture dynamics to varying degrees with similar trends. The vertical variation of root zone soil mixture moisture is big,the variation in 0~40cm is biggest and complex, the variation in 60~100cm is minimum. Sowing with water have a greater impact on the variation in 0~20cm,it can ensure seedling. Deeply vibrating-loosen cultivation technology have significant effect on the variation in 40~80cm in the late growth period, the average moisture content at about 20% to maintain, it can be the key to the protection of sunflower growth stages of water supply.Various technical patterns at different levels can improve on sunflower production, biological target traits, water consumption, water use efficiency, output and so on. Yeild of the four model increased approximate 3.59%~17.70%, and production value increased approximate 10.05%~36.75%,the highest water use efficiency is 60%, it increased 14% than normal.Treatments can promote and enhance the whole growth period of the photosynthetic characteristics of sunflower. Sunflower flowering period are an important period of development, it has a direct impact on the functioning of photosynthetic products and effective distribution. In this period, treatment of deeply vibrating-loosen cultivation and sowing with water and water irrigation has a higher net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance than normal mode, but Transpiration is not much difference.
