Study On Comprehensive Utilization Status And Development Strategy Of Crop Straws In Heilongjiang Province

This article is under the background that the country strongly supports the utilization of crop straw as a resource,Based on the reality of Heilongjiang Province,Identify the problems in the comprehensive utilization of straw and analyze the causes of the problems,So as to put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to promote the comprehensive utilization of straw in Heilongjiang Province.Heilongjiang Province has a large area of arable land,fertile soil and a good foundation for agricultural production.2010～2019,the total grain output of Heilongjiang Province has always been on the rise.In 2018,the maximum total amount of grain in Heilongjiang Province reached75.068 million tons.The straw yield of the main crops in Heilongjiang Province is closely related to the grain yield.2010～2019,the grain output of Heilongjiang Province increased rapidly.The output of straw is also increasing rapidly.Over the past ten years,the theoretical resources of main crops in Heilongjiang Province have generally fluctuated and risen.From 71164700 tons in 2010,it increased to 112389100 tons in 2019,an increase of 58.15%.The theoretical amount of straw resources in Heilongjiang Province broke a new level in almost two years.It reached 70 million tons in 2010,reached 80 million tons in 2012,reached 90 million tons in 2014,over 100 million tons in 2017,it exceeded 110 million tons in 2018.2010～2019,the collectable resources of the three major crops in Heilongjiang Province are on the rise.From 55553500 tons in 2010 to 88839700 tons in 2019,an increase of 1.60 times.Corn stalks contributed the most,which was an increase of 1.69 times;Followed by rice straw;Finally,soybean stalks.Comprehensive analysis,The problems exist in the comprehensive utilization of crop straw in Heilongjiang Province: Big deviation in the focus of government work,Farmers have low willingness to comprehensively use straw,The cost of comprehensive utili zation of straw is high,Low degree of industrialization of comprehensive utilization of straw,Low level of comprehensive utilization of straw,Insufficient support for comprehensive utilization of straw.In view of the problems in the comprehensive utili zation of crop stalks in Heilongjiang Province,this article proposes six countermeasures: Promote a shift in the focus of government work,Pay attention to propaganda and guide farmers to change their ideas,Reduce costs and realize diversified utilization of straw resources,Scientific planning to promote the development of straw utilization industry,Establish a straw technology research and development system,Increase support for straw utilization.
