Grading of shrimps is the first process of fishing and processing of shrimps,and it is a necessary condition for quality classification and efficient mechanization and automatic shelling of shrimps.The precision of classification affects the subsequent process and the quality of packaging.It is of great significance to study the automatic classification equipment which can classify shrimp efficiently and accurately.1)The grading parameters were determined by analyzing the biological characters of shrimps and the domestic and foreign standards.Through the measurement and analysis of the size characteristics of shrimps,the biological characters of shrimps were analyzed and studied by the method of data statistics analysis.Through correlation analysis,curve estimation,regression analysis and standard test of shrimp quality and body thickness,according to the quality grade in "SB/T 10524-2009 Purchase and Sale Specifications for Fresh Shrimp",the technical parameters of shrimp body thickness as the standard were determined.2)By analyzing the grading interval of shrimp and studying the grading principle of roller gap,the grading roller regulating device and interval regulating device were designed to complete the grading according to the grading standards mentioned above.The key components were selected,and software such as MATLAB and SolidWorks were used to calculate,analyze,design and optimize the hierarchical key components,which increased the first success rate of physical model construction.Calculate the action positions of the regulating device and the interval regulating device for each grade grading roller,and summarize the action requirements of the regulating mechanism to be adjusted.3)The discrete element software EDEM was used to simulate the classification roller mechanism,simulate the posture and stacking and overlapping of the shrimp in the feeding process,and study the optimal feeding parameters required by the classifier.The comb tooth type uniform distribution feeding device and mechanism were designed.Through EDEM simulation,the effect of comb tooth type feeding device and mechanism to prevent shrimp stacking and winding was verified,and the feeding technical parameters were determined.4)By studying the automation and maintenance requirements of the classifier,the control system was designed for the classifier.It can be divided into automatic mode and manual mode.In the manual mode,it is easy to overhaul and adjust the equipment,while in the automatic mode,it can realize automatic adjustment of the grading interval and timely feedback of equipment failure.Through studying the key technical problems of shrimp classification,the key equipment and mechanism of classification were analyzed and designed by using statistical analysis and modern design methods,and the key technical parameters of classification were determined,which provided reliable basis for classification and design.
