| Studies have shown that the combined anesthesia with Compound ketamine and Xylazine is a commonly used injectable anesthetic for animal anesthesia instead of compound ketamine and Xylazine, but when they are used alone as anesthetics, they are a "double-edged sword".To Inject non-human primates, the anesthesia effect is stronger,quick-acting,the anesthesia recovery period is short and the animal safety factor is high, and there is no permanent damage to the vital organs. Therefore, ketamine can be used in combination with Xylazine to anesthetize the dog to achieve this Low-dose drugs can prolong the time of anesthesia, increase the depth of anesthesia, enhance the effects of anesthesia, analgesia and muscle relaxation, and reduce the risk of anesthesia and adverse reactions. Therefore, the test method apply to compound ketamine combined with Xylazine static muscle compound anesthesia for complication dogs, and adopts different monitoring methods, including physiological methods and mechanical methods,to perform nervous system monitoring, cardiopulmonary monitoring, and blood monitoring on dogs.Record and statistically analyze the pain response level, respiratory rate, heart rate, saturation and other physiological indicators of the test dog to evaluate the feasibility of the anesthesia method and provide a reference for clinical anesthesia for small animals. The method of this experiment was to select 25 healthy young dogs and randomly divide them into 5 groups on average. The first group was compound ketamine group, which was given 0.05 m L/kg compound ketamine intravenously. The second group was Xylazine.group, which was given 8 mg/kg Xylazine.intramuscular injection(0.08 m L/kg).The third group was given compound ketamine 0.025 m L/kg intravenously and 2 mg/kg intramuscular(0.02 m L/kg)Xylazine.The fourth group was given compound ketamine 0.025 m L/kg intravenously and 4mg/kg intramuscular(0.04 m L/kg)Xylazine.The fifth group was given compound ketamine 0.025 m L/kg intravenously and 6mg/kg intramuscular(0.06 m L/kg)Xylazine.Anesthesia time and analgesia time of each group were 58.92 ± 1.63 min in compound ketamine group;40.77 ± 8.25 min.In Xylazine group,41.51 ± 3.01 min;36.50 ± 2.14 min.Compound Ⅰ group 29.00 ± 3.21 min;25.66 ± 1.34 min.Compound Ⅱ group was 40.17 ± 2.28 min;36.30 ± 4.10 min.The respiratory rate and heart rate of Xylazine Ⅱ group were significantly different from those before anesthesia. The anesthesia time of compound Ⅲ group was 61.75 ± 8.25 min.In41.22 ± 6.13 min,the heart rate and body temperature of experimental dogs after anesthesia were significantly different from those before anesthesia. This experiment verified that the best anesthesia effect of the compound groupⅢ anesthesia method and dose were selected by intravenous injection of compound ketamine 0.025 m L/kg,and intramuscular injection of 6 mg/kg(0.06 m L/kg)Xylazine II combined anesthesia The dog was used in the surgical clinic of Yan Bian University Animal Hospital to verify the anesthesia quality and effect of the anesthesia method, and the operation was successfully verified. In the spring 30 surgical cases, two classic cases are selected for detailed discussion.Cases 1 and 2 are cystotomy and ovarian and uterine sterilization.Comprehensive analysis, the test shows that compound ketamine combined with Xylazine Ⅱ combined anesthesia method used in dogs is more effective and quick-acting than simple anesthesia methods using compound ketamine or XylazineⅡ anesthesia. In clinical practice, the anesthesia method and dosage of group Ⅲ are combined with intravenous injection of compound ketamine 0.025 m L/kg and intramuscular injection of 6 mg/kg(0.06 m L/kg)Xylazine Ⅱ.Compared with other groups, the anesthesia effect is better.,High safety, low risk factor and other advantages, can meet the requirements of clinical anesthesia for dogs. Therefore,in this experiment, the anesthesia method and dosage adopt the compound anesthesia method of compound ketamine combined with Xylazine Ⅱ and the dosage is half of the safe lowest dosage, which can achieve better anesthesia effect, and the use of this anesthetic dosage is anesthesia for clinical small animals. The study of medication dosage has further exploration and development, which provides an exact and scientific theoretical basis for the clinical use of small animal anesthesia. |
