The occurrence of forest diseases and insect pests not only caused huge economic losses,but also affected the balance of the ecological environment,which is one of the factors restricting the development of forest areas.The forest spray axial fan is currently the main equipment for solving forest diseases and insect pests.Its application method can effectively reduce the use of pesticides,improve the efficiency of prevention and control,and reduce environmental pollution.According to the characteristics and operating conditions of plantation forests,this paper designs the forest spray axial fan,and optimizes the structure of the core components of the equipment to greatly improve the working performance.In this paper,the main parameters of the forest spray axial fan are designed,and a three-dimensional model is established.CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics),that is,computational fluid dynamics technology,is used for simulation test analysis.The model selects the orthogonal test method with the best ability to approach the optimal solution to explore and find a feasible solution among them.The content of the paper mainly includes the following four parts:1.According to the height of the canopy of the young plantation,the spacing between the tree rows and the current pesticide application technology,determine the use of forest spray axial fans for forest application operations.Combined with the traveling speed and spraying range of the forest spray axial fan,the air volume of the equipment is calculated to be 2.5m3/s.2.According to the calculation method of industrial design,obtain other structural parameter values,use CFturbo to build the blade and import it into Inventor to build the overall flow channel model.3.Use CFD technology for simulation,take the total pressure efficiency of the forest spray axial fan as the optimization goal,select the number of impeller blades,hub ratio,rear guide vane bending angle and blade tip clearance as the test factors for orthogonal test,and at the same time Select a group of blank control group to reduce the experimental error.Using range analysis and variance analysis methods to analyze the experimental results,obtain a set of feasible solution parameter combination models,and simulate them to verify the correctness of the orthogonal experiment.4.Optimize the design of the shape,number and diffuser of the rear guide vane.Under the condition of the parameter combination model of the feasible solution of the orthogonal experiment,keep other conditions consistent and analyze the optimal combination state.The model analyzes the performance and internal flow field separately,and discusses the changes of air flow under different conditions.Through analysis,the diffuser has obvious influence on the total pressure efficiency of the forest spray axial flow fan.
