| Lilium Lancifolium is one of the three medicinal lilies included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and it has extremely rich germplasm resources in China.In recent years,with the expansion of cultivation area,its species degradation and quality decline,leading to limited accumulation of active ingredients,which affected the edible and medicinal properties.Therefore,how to increase the content of the active ingredients is an important way to improve the quality of its medicine and food.L.Lancifolium as test materials,this study adopts Hoagland nutrient solution casting technology,by adjusting the nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)three factors,the standardized cultivation of growth and main secondary metabolites,nutrient content was studied,aimed at improving its medicine provides the theory basis for food quality,provide a reference for the standardization of the other bulb plant cultivation.The results are as follows:1.Active substances were distributed in the whole plant,and the content of them varied significantly in different organs at different growth stages.The accumulation of total phenols,total flavonoids,polysaccharides and saponins in organs at flowering stage was the highest,followed by semi-dry stage,so the reasonable harvest period of L.Lancifolium was semi-dry stage.2.The variation during the whole plant growth and development of L.Lancifolium response to N,P,K factors reached significant level(P<0.05),it could promote the L.Lancifolium underground bulb development and leaf growth and increase the plant height,leaf number and chlorophyll content.Number of leaves,chlorophyll content and K content was significantly positively related at low N,low P level;N and K had the negative interaction effects between P and K when N3 and P3;bulb diameter was significantly positively correlated with N and K concentration in the semi-dry stage,indicating that N and K fertilizer should be applied in the late growth stage.Bulb as the main drug and food organ,was the best application amount of N,P and K for the growth and development,which was 304.9 mg·L-1,88.4 mg·L-1 and 785.01 mg·L-1,and the maximum bulb diameter reached 14.32 cm.3.Through the interaction of N,Pand K on the accumulation of active substances,it was found that with the increase of N,P and K,the contents of total phenols,total flavonoids,polysaccharides and saponins increased significantly,and the promoting effect of interaction was higher than the independent effect of N,P and K.The nutrient requirement for NPK was K>N>P,and the interaction effect of N and K was greater than that of P and K.At the later growth stage,total phenols,total flavonoids and saponins were positively correlated with the amount of N,P and K,while N was negatively correlated with polysaccharides.According to the regression analysis,the optimal N application,P application and K application were 443.81-596.54 mg·L-1,88.40-132.60 mg·L-1 and 514.81-750.47 mg·L-1,respectively,which were suitable for the accumulation of active components in the plant.4.Applying N,P,K content of L.Lancifolium the influence of N,P,K content in plant differ significantly(P<0.05),within the scope of 0 to 2 levels showed a positive interaction effect,increases with the increase of fertilizer rate,and low N,K fertilizer can promote L.Lancifolium plants on the absorption of N element,low P,K fertilizer can promote the absorption of plant of P element;when the content of NPK was the highest,the application amount of N,P and K was 609.80 mg·L-1,88.40 mg·L-1 and 523.34 mg·L-1. |
