L. lancifolium Thunb. belongs to the Liliaceae genera, the L.spp. family is the natural triploid varieties, with a strong drought resistance thermal capacity, wild species is widely distributed, strong adaptability, existing research has shown that tiger L.spp. It has a good medicinal and healthcare value. Market favorite flowers is not only the current L.spp. bulb flowers, is also the first medicine combination of bulb plant food in our country, It is rich in bioactive substances. At present, for the biological classification, L.spp. varieties breeding, tissue culture, chemical composition analysis of more in-depth, and physical development characteristics of L.spp., cultivation still need to strengthen the study of biological technology, etc. In changbai mountains tiger L.spp. L.spp. this study as the research material, the different growth period of the bulbs, flower, plant bud and cotyledon of active material to study the change rule, and tiger L.spp. L.spp. bulbs total active substances belong to other L.spp. and L.spp. varieties were compared, to clear the growth and development law of Dan L.spp,and provide guidance to further development and utilization.This thesis mainly achieved the result of the following several aspects:(1) It is found that volume Dan plant from the flower buds appear to lily bulb harvest the growth cycle, L. lancifolium Thunb.bulbs as the research object, the bulb of polysaccharides, saponins, polyphenols and the change of the content of bioactive substances such as alkaloids, has two peaks and the accumulation of resources. Maximum peak period of rendering order followed by polysaccharide(green bud period), phenol and alkaloids(red stage I) and saponins(red bud phase II). Relatively small peak appeared in the bulb harvest, slack period for budding period and flowering period. Maximum peak compared with relatively small peak, in addition to the polysaccharide content was significant difference(P < 0.05), the total saponins, total phenol and total alkaloid content difference is not obvious.(2) To L. lancifolium Thunb. as the research object, and determine the red bud stage and red bud stage a lily tiger lily as a medicine combination of food the best harvest time. In different growth period, the volume among the lilies Dan polysaccharides and total saponins, total phenol content there is a certain difference, the content of total alkaloid difference was not significant. Tiger lily lily changes the content of polysaccharides and total saponins have a trend of decrease the growth first, red bud period in red bud period reached maximum, the content of polysaccharide and the budding stage, green bud stage difference reached significant level(P < 0.05), and budding period of the polysaccharide content difference was significant(P < 0.01), red bud period is tiger lily lily polysaccharide content in the period of maximum; L. lancifolium Thunb.the whole developing total alkaloid content difference was not significant.(3) To L. lancifolium Thunb. plant bud and cotyledon as the research object, found that volume phase Dan lily from budding to flowering period of polysaccharide content in buds and leaves are increased, increase the size of the larger trees bud, late flowering phase to wither, fall of polysaccharide content in the cotyledons. The same content of polysaccharide in pubertal plant bud were higher than cotyledons. Plant bud flowering period highest content of total saponins, total saponin content in cotyledon from budding period has been slow down, the least in withering period total saponin content. Total phenol content in plant sprouts increase slow the whole growth period, total phenol content in cotyledon in red bud period I peak, and then decline. Total alkaloid content of a plant bud in red bud period I appear a little peak, then began to decrease. Tiger lily lily plant shoots a developmental stages there is no difference between the content of total alkaloid.(4) The whole growth period, L. lancifolium Thunb. bulbs, flower, leaf and bulbil active substance content in the large difference of change. Bulbs with green stage polysaccharide content up to 592.80 mg/kg, three other organs in the flowering period. Bulb as edible and medicinal parts of lily, the harvest of the polysaccharide is obviously higher than other organs; Red bud. II L. lancifolium Thunb. are the basic content of total saponins in different organs at the upper end of the development in the highest content of total saponins in blooming flowers, bulbil minimum, content of total saponins in edible and medicinal parts of the bulb as lily, the content of total saponins biggest harvest; Flower and leaf in the highest content of total phenol, followed by the bulb, bead of the total phenol content in the bud is less, is the total phenol content in the blooming flowers budding period the total phenol content in bulbil of 2.45 times. Red bud phase I of the total phenol content in the leaf reached the peak to wither period fell 59.16%; Different volume Dan lily organ in its development during the period of the total alkaloid content changed little, the highest content of total alkaloids in the whole bulb, I reaches including the red stage the maximum, leaf alkaloid content in the second, take the lowest total alkaloid content. Bulbs are volume when Dan medicinal and edible lily the highest alkaloid content area harvested, and in harvest or eat medicine effect significantly.(5) By comparing the bioactive substances content in L. lancifolium Thunb. bulbs in 5, 5 species of genus lily lily bulbs in the active material index and the order of: Volume content of polysaccharide in Dan lily bulbs, the largest is 1.53 times that of shandan lily polysaccharide content is 1.23 times of sichuan and lily. Bulb content of total saponins in lanzhou lily and L. lancifolium Thunb. And no significant difference between shandan lilies L. lancifolium Thunb.bulbs in the total phenol content is higher, and lanzhou lily indifference, and sichuan, musk, lily, lily shandan lily is different; Content of total alkaloid, L. lancifolium Thunb. bulbs in the highest levels, is significantly higher than the other four varieties of total alkaloid content in the bulb.
